The employees are the BEST here! The little lady with the black hair at the register by the pick up orders is AWESOME! She always ask if you've been helped and she is super friendly. You rock ma'am!! The manager of the store is awesome too! I LOVE the Garland location. :)

Big store, I had find what I needed and what I cannot find I order it online, easy to place an order and ready to be shipped right away, or you can just place an order online to be picked up. Easy abd fast to pick up items best in the mornings or afternoons before 3pm.

This is a huge store, well lit and clean. I haven't been to this specific location I'm a while so when I was there I marveled at the size.

There is a lot to choose from obviously with this size. They have a large electronic section which I love and really good prices. They also gave a "red" card that if you use you get another 5% off your purchase.

There are over 20 checkout lanes and two self checkout lanes with a total of 4 stations. I didn't immediately see other services like that at the front of a Wal-Mart.

Such a pleasant shopping experience. Store is kept very neat and orderly. Employees actually acknowledge you and are very nice!

Garland East Target has the best employees. They are always smiling. I love it here.

Usually order and pick up via drive up and relative to other Targets, this one takes longer to bring my order out. Other than that, employees are kind and helpful and the store is clean and well stocked.

Questions were answered in great detail, kindness and care were extended. I sought out eyeglasses, but had not received an eye exam. I was quickly served by Dr. Nguyen and his staff. The most rapid, informative and thorough eye exam I have ever had. Soon after I returned to the optical shop, I was served and obtained the perfect glasses w/ the right prescription! An absolute great time and experience with Marcela at the optical shop!

Staff are usually friendly and the store is organized. I'm writing this review to specifically compliment the cashier I met a few days ago: Jenna.

I had a HUGE order but she was personable and kind the entire time. It was a very pleasant experience and employees with this upbeat attitude are what keep people coming back. I prefer shopping somewhere that has great customer service, even if it's pricier than the store next door.

India greeted EVERY person who visited self checkout and asked EVERY person how their day was going. She was kind, attentive, and genuine. Smiling the entire time (I was checking out for about 5 minutes and she interacted with at least 8 different people)

It's very hard to find such genuine, high quality customer service. Service like this is what brings customers back.

Please reward and/or at least acknowledge her customer service.

Mrs. Laura who works in the self checkout needs a fat raise!!! She is always so helpful and sweet. Definitely a gem at my local target ♥

So, I left my phone at the self check out. Returned to the store and the attendant had turned it in to customer service. I really wanted to reward him but I was told he could not accept tips 😔.

This is the closest Target from my job and I go here regularly. The store has always been clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

I loved everything you need most inportante

Very clean and organized. No problem finding items and friendly fast checkout.

My niece and I were in this Target on March 2, 2023 when severe weather was coming through the area. We were about to check out, when a employee came on the PA saying the weather was getting bad in the area and would keep us updated. We were about to leave when an employee stopped and said if we were going to stay we needed to move to the back of the store and was going around telling ppl to move to the back. There were about 25 or so there. All of the employees were walking around making sure we weee all okay and handed out bottle water and snacks. This were on for about 45 minutes and said the tornado warning was lifted and we could leave but they had not got to okay from corporate yet. Then 10 minutes later they said the store was clear to go back to business. We all felt safe and care for.

I did self checkout but the team member who was over seeing self checkout was so kind and helpful. She wrapped up my glass items for my while I was scanning other stuff. I felt that she went above and beyond. She did not have to do that and she did. Also she helped me with scanning my gift cards that I purchased. Overall everyone I met their this morning was very lovely and helpful.
