Very nice and clean store. It was very easy to find everything that I needed. Had to get help with the self checkout. The person was very helpful with the self checkout process. Great selection of ready to eat foods, great sushi 🍣🍣 selection.

Had a wonderful first time experience! Struggled with the app and the gals behind the counter saved me! Great sale, prices and clean sore. Smiling faces everywhere!

Had terrific support from Randy in the Produce Department. He went above and beyond to help me; was professional, friendly and eager to assist me. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I found what I needed. He is an excellent employee!

This Kroger gas station is easily accessible off the 78 north bound lane and is only about 2 miles north of the President George Bush (Hwy 190). Very convenient and usually has low priced gasoline--usually about 10 cents lower than Dallas and Garland and about 6 cents lower than Rowlett. Clean, well lit and safe.

The grocery store is one of the Signature Krogers so it's larger than regular Kroger stores and they sell clothes and some furniture--kinda like a Wal-Mart with a smaller square footage. There are 5 self-checkout lanes so I like that because I'm able to get in an out quickly as I please--especially when I stop to get only a few items.

They have a good variety of snacks and you could even get yourself a Starbucks drink while you are shopping 😍

I always walk from my Whataburger where I work usually when I'm on break to the pumps to get an NOS and shout-out to Long he is always either there or taking out trash. He is by far the nicest person I have met at a gas station. If you read this Long, you know me as John. This review is very overdue.

Just wanted to add about my experience this morning, April 2023. Just went in for some things and Bonnie was working self check out. She was so friendly and had such good energy that I felt obligated to give her some love. I wish there were way more bonnies in this world and especially in customer service. Thank you Bonnie 😊

Picked up an online order for the first time at this location. Elizabeth went above and beyond to find every single item I ordered. She had everything ready and responded immediately when I arrived. All my items were organized and packed up nicely. She was personable, friendly, and genuinely likes her job, at 8 in the morning no less. Thank you Elizabeth for making this morning much more pleasant than when it started.

I went to get a birthday cake at 6:30pm because the bakery at other locations normally close at 7pm, I had no idea this one closed at 6pm, so the bakery was closed. Ikisha/Keke from the deli came over, found the proper box for the cake I wanted when nobody else could help me and she really saved the day for me, I am so grateful! It meant a lot to me because without her help my son would not have had his birthday cake today. 🙏🏽♥🥳

Getting through the pharmacy line was quick and efficient this morning. My prescription wasn't ready yesterday so I had to come back today but no issues going through the line today. The weight was reasonable.

Nice store with friendly employees. Lately though, it has been very hot inside the store. An employee told us corporate controls it and won't turn up the a/c and the employees are burning up too. Other area Krogers are not having this problem.

Very clean facility and a large store. It's so large that it never seems to be crowded. The butcher did a very good job recently of cutting two large porterhouse steaks for me. Always plenty of parking spaces. I wish that this store was closer to my house.

Love this store, they make fresh sushi everyday right in front of you. Food selection is great. The cheese selection is great as well. The store is clean. Plenty of nice helpful employees. We shop here every week. I also buy all my gas from here as well using my fuel points to get as much as 30 cents a gallon off.

This Kroger location stands out to me mostly because of its friendly employees and the efficient manner in which the store is run. Employees have always been helpful when assistance is needed finding or retrieving items in the asiles, and I've never experienced an issue at checkout with coupons or payment methods. The only issue I've experienced is the store running out of certain items, but I am visiting for the holidays and cannot fault the store for not being able to restock items constantly.

Big thanks to the bakery department and the bakery manager for going out of their way to make a unique kids birthday cake that no one else would. It turned out beautiful! Thanks!

Super sweet young man . Although I had an order of more than 130 items he was quick and efficient in placing my items in the back of my car with care. Super polite and kind enough to answer my questions. Very patient. GIVE HIM A RAISE !!

Very busy Krogers. There's a Starbucks inside, a sushi bar, deli and another counter that offers ethnic fare. Good selections. I've been trying the Kroger brand items and I haven't been disappointed. In some cases it's better than brand named items.
