Awesome shopping experience! Cory at guest services was so helpful. He helped us find a countercade that showed up as in stock on the app but we couldn’t find it anywhere. He found the last one in the back!

Everything was unorganized but they had a cute variety of stuff

Super friendly staff and clean store. I was able to see firsthand the awesome teamwork this store has when an associate went above and beyond to help me because another associate was deaf and we could not communicate. It’s clear this store accommodates her and they work together as a team if she is not able to communicate with a customer. Just a great experience at this Target.

This is one of my fav locations. It is well stocked, parking is great, but the employees here are the best part. They are helpful, knowledgeable, just super nice. You never have to hunt to find an employee willing to help. I love it here!

I went to Target this evening to pick up a few things and could not locate a specific item I needed which was Signature Organic Vermont Sourced Amber Maple Syrup. I walked up and down several isles and was ready to give up when this nice young man noticed I was looking for something came up to me and offered help. He said that I looked like I might be looking for something and he asked if he could help. I welcomed another set of eyes. But in no time at all, he had my syrup in his hand. I was thrilled, especially since I didn’t have to go to another store looking. Thankfully this nice young man took his time to come up to me, when he could see I needed a little help. I told him I wanted his name so I could let this company know what a nice young man he is. With kids these days one nice young man helping this older lady, really touches my heart. If you see Tyler Donica in Target in Wylie, just know he’s the young man who helped this lost old lady tonight. Thank you Tyler

Always a great experience shopping at Target. The store is always clean. The employees are always nice and friendly.

Clean, comfortable, and great customer service. There are plenty of people to help you and check out is always fast and efficient. Also, great shopping carts. They are always clean, light weight, and easy to push around. It is evident that Target put a lot of thought into the shopping cart to enhance the shopping experience. Also, love the cup holder.

I work close to this location, so I often run over on my lunch hour. Today's experience was almost a zero star, but Hayleigh has restored my faith in retail operations. I choose not to go on Amazon or other online retailers, because I like Target and like to go in-store. More and more, retailers are getting lazy and entitled and treat every customer as if they are a "Karen" and the staff can't and won't be bothered to deliver the customer service that is inherent in working in retail. Thank you, Hayleigh!! My experience was world class. Target is so lucky to have you! And hey Target, any way you can get them to get better cell phone service on 544?? ;-)

I haven't been here in a long time. Still the same. Pretty clean. Friendly workers. Had many did we couldn't find anywhere else! I like Target because there is usually a variety of foods that aren't available at other grocery stores. Plus it's convenient to get other stuff you probably don't need, but want 🤣

Michael who works in the toys/electronics department spent 30 min on the phone with me locating a collectible figure. He went above and beyond to help and was super nice and friendly about it. Give this individual a promotion because, honestly, who else would do this, he was awesome.

This store is always clean, organized, and the employees never fail to stop to say “can I help you”. The customer service goes above and beyond regularly, and I’m so thankful this is my closest target location!

Clean, organized store with lots o friendly staff. It is a treat to shop this store....much more like an adventure. They stock my favorite herbal teas and wow.....they have so many items!

Target is awesome, the store is always nice and neat and everything is easy to find. The curbside pick up is amazing as well. I tried Wal-Marts curbside pickup and waited for over 25 minutes. Called and was told that they are splitting orders to re-organize and my order was placed at the customer service counter. Not happy!

I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at the Target on 544. Late Tuesday night my parents decided to come stay with us since they had no power. I needed an air mattress for them to sleep on, the closer big box I tried was dark so I called Target. The gentleman who answered said they were on generator and would be open for another 20 - 30 minutes. When I got there it looked like they were closed, but an employee came out to flag me down and ask if I was there for an air mattress. They had stayed open waiting on me just so I could buy an air mattress! I didn't get the names of the staff, but there were 4 or 5 that waited in the terrible weather just to help me out. This is customer and community service at it's best!!!
