Very poor communication showed 3 hours late but they got the job done which would normally take about 1 hours took them about 3 hours

I needed roadside assistance for my truck. I contacted Mobile Diesel Truck Repair. They sent someone out to repair my truck. After the technician supposedly repaired the truck, my truck still did not start. They took my money and refused to fix my truck. I have been trying to contact them, but they have been giving me the run around. I can not get anyone on the phone to resolve this matter. They basically took my money and did not do the job they said they could do. I do not recommend this business to anyone, and I suggest anyone looking for roadside service not to call Mobile Diesel Truck Repair, because they will take your money and not fix your truck.

Said would be to truck in 60 to 90 minutes after 2 hours call them back she had a teck call me and he said his ball joint broke and would be tomorrow and they still charged me

After waiting for 2.5 hours because they said a tech would be there in 1.5hrs. They then do not call back and I call and they say sorry we cant service we are too busy now.
