I need documents from Allstate With my payments on my few cars for 2022, nobody wants to help me. My original Agency in Bloomingdale was Permanent Closed, the agent was fired....
but Not Corporate, not other agency was helping me to get Paperwork with all my Parents for 2022, a year ago. My ex agent put WRONG VIN NUMBER in my policy...
Which is ridiculous.
Now State Suspended my License Plates, I got tickets and must to go to the Court.
ALL TROUBLE FROM THAT ALLSTATE!!!!!!
Allstate is ABSOLUTELY NOT INTERESTED to help me, because it's THEM Fault...
SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS.
CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDED MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE.
I DIDN'T GET ANY HELP.
NOW EVEN WORTH, THEY SOMEHOW CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR 10 YEARS I WAS THEM CUSTOMER, BECAUSE THEY AFRAID RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUT WRONG VIN NUMBER IN MY POLICY.
I WILL HIRE ATTORNEY...

It's better to shop for price. You are not in "good hands". Allstate does not cover homeowner claims in a timely or fair manner. Every other house in my neighborhood now has a new roof...Allstate fought mine for months and this agency let them do it. In the meantime, Dale Mason switched ownership of this agency with little communication and I would get a different person on the line every time I called.
