This store looked very well organized and clean. This Kohl's location seems a lot nicer and more welcoming compared to my local Kohl's. I'm jealous that this location isn't closer to Palatine. Would definitely shop there again.

Their Amazon Returns customer service is great! I was greeted quickly, and it took 3 minutes.
It's a large store and they have lots of clearance sections.

Great clearance on Juniors women stuff. A little messy, but really good prices.. not like Target where they take like$3 off and call it clearance. Got this cute super soft hoodie for my niece, only $8! Really nice and wide variety of jewelry to choose from. Perfume seems a little over priced. Overall this store has everything you need. Household, toys, shoes, luggage, and of course clothes.
