Jewel-Osco

This store keeps wow-ing me! I just started using the curbside pick up about a two months ago. I have been very happy with the quality of the groceries. This is especially important with the produce. The employees that put the groceries in the car are nice and respectful. **A message to those that park in the pick up area and are not picking up an order, stop it!**

NOW as of January of 2024 I have started using the Osco Pharmacy and those employees are so nice and I hear them with other customers and they are so patient. I am going to change all my prescriptions to this pharmacy.

This location always stocked up and having best deals. Store always clean and fresh veggies and fruits available all the time.

I always find great deals on the app! And the ease of using drive up and go has changed my life. I just add my groceries to my cart in the app while I am cleaning out the fridge or getting requests from my family throughout the day, and don't have to keep a paper list.

Went to the self checkouts because the lines were way too long at the others. Only considered that because it was my first time using the jewel digital app . . . Went very well, had a couple of questions for the man overseeing the registers . . . Very helpful . . A great experience.

My new favorite Jewel by work! Fast lines, very big, full Osco side and alcohol section with a pharmacy and a TCF bank with ATM. Always plenty of parking and carts and baskets. Large health and beauty section too!

Just needed a few items. Winter storm on the way, so people are stocking up making it crowded even though it's late evening. The customers are fussy and aggravated, but they opened more check outs and the staff were very cheery and professional. 12/22

The pharmacy technicians and pharmacist are so nice here! Even when they are super busy, they always have time to answer all your questions

Recently we have started Jewel Chicken Wing Fridays in our home. Every Friday you can get a bucket of wings for $10. We love the honey wings. A bucket lasts for 2 meals for our family. We highly recommend the delicious wings.

Jewel also bakes fresh turtle cookies that are amazing. The staff are very friendly at our store, and they keep the place looking nice & clean.

I always like shopping at this Jewel. The store is clean, well stocked, organized and they always have what I'm looking for. I didn't plan it this way but, today, everything I wanted was on sale! I will certainly be back!

Always enjoy shopping here! It really beats the small stores with limited food selections in Rockford.

Had a great experience with, I believe it was Sobia in the pharmacy department, very attentive and approachable. Not your typical run of the mill employee by a country mile. It’s not every day you get customer service as mint as sobia did. Can say I was impressed enough to leave a review!! Thank you.

Well organized & clean store

This Jewel is has always had the nicest staff possible. It's one of the stores they use as a 'tester' which means that when the company wants to try new ideas, they do it here. As friendly local store as you could ask for from a major company.

I feel welcomed there everytime. They have great deals and everything i ever need. The employees are always there to help me. The cashiers, baggers, stockers, the managers, and all the other departments work as a team and they all are important to make it such a great place to shop.

Very pleasant shopping experience each time we visit. Associates are helpful and go out of their way to satisfy our request. Maryann,Shannyn,Rob and Holly along with Bakery and butcher associates exceeds our expectations.

Sigmund from the meat department was an amazing help for me and my mom! He helped us pick out the perfect steak bits for steak tacos and he was a great help with getting the perfect sized shrimp! The cocktail sauce he recommended us was amazing! He deserves a raise! Always a good experience at this Jewel-Osco location. :)

I love this Jewel. The employees are friendly as they can possibly be and do all they can to assist their customers. They have a deli cooler that is heaven sent for busy moms that have to make daily lunches and the seafood is as fresh as any you can get in more expensive markets. I highly recommend shopping here.

My mom sent me to the store for one thing, Ground Round Meat. Well, it was sold out because of a sale. I asked the deli man for help and he went straight to the back of house and got me a new pack of meat. They are so accommodating! AND mom is happy :)

Awesome... I understand as a business owner playing a nutshell game with pricing is typical but, the customer service is above and beyond... friendly, courteous and helpful.... Not all Jewel's are this way, my Jewel is. You guy's rock!
