This practice has comfort in mind and has a way of making a person feel heard, seen, and cared for. The vibe and decor throughout the facility is very calming and welcoming. I may be a little bias when it comes to the art, but it's really nice to see the local area honored with tasteful prints. The doctors are gentle with their approach and the staff is delightful and kind to work with. Your eyes are in the best of hands here.

Fairly quick process with not much waiting. Technicians were very friendly and professional. Dr. Webb took the time to explain and run necessary test. Will come back.

A most pleasant experience, everyone of the staff was extremely personable and professional. Really appreciated their ability to listen and hear me. Loved the one stop shop, being able to get my examination and purchase my new glasses at the same time and place was amazing. Thank you for making my first visit feel like I was visiting old friends. Looking forward to my next appointment.

All the staff is wonderful and friendly. Dr Lowe is great. Always takes the time to explain results in an easy to understand way and makes you feel very comfortable. Three members of my family go to Kittery Eye with different providers and we have always have had a great experience.

Great service - both from the doctor and the technicians. Very thorough, great bedside manner, and a way better choice of frames than they used to have (including more affordable ones).

I have always had and excellent experience at Kittery Optometrist. Front counter staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr Healy is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She explains everything in detail so.it is clear. I have been a patient there for 7 years and plan on continuing.

My Grandson has Sensory Processing Disorder and Dr. Z handled him with no problem, he is wonderful with children! The whole office did an amazing job with pediatric eye care. We are very happy with this practice and Dr. Z!

Such a pleasant first visit! Kudos to all staff for their warmth and friendliness at every encounter. My appointment was taken on time and Dr Michaud went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered. I never felt rushed. The office is lovely too. Such a difference from the last practice I visited where appointments were hardly ever on time.

This practice is a very well oiled machine that works very efficiently. At the same time they’re very understanding of commitments and your time so if you’re running a little late, they’re OK.

That being said the actual service is really thorough. You can tell that everyone who works there enjoys being there. And they really have a spirit of service to the customer. I lost my scarf there and they looked everywhere for it and it turns out I left it at another appointment and it was returned to me. But they really worked hard to try to find it for me.

Dr. Diaz is so cool you don’t even think that she’s a doctor. She does a very efficient job and I’m just very pleased. The opticians are really excellent. They will work within your budget and at the same time offer really good suggestions. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me. But he was really cool and funky and he helped to select cool and funky glasses for me cause I’m like that!

I was there with my family friend, who is also an optician, and she was impressed with his knowledge. She worked at a very high-end optician place in North Hampton. She was very impressed with the scope of his knowledge. While they were speaking to one another, it was really like hearing a foreign language for me. But she said that he was doing all the right things. She said she would’ve hired him! So I hope they keep him!

Dr. Webb has also been dealing with my 91-year-old mother and I believe he’s very practical and he made my life so much easier when he downgraded all of the things that I had to do for her eyes and I think we’re doing much better now because of his practicality. So overall, I would say that this is the best clinic in the area.

Treated very well from start to finish. I only wish I had been offered choices for glasses. My wife was very ill and I had wanted to save some of my half of my stimulus payment for gifts for her. I only kept my glasses because she was okay with it.

I’m new to the area, it took me a little time to get in for my appointment, but they took great care of me by providing me contacts until then. It was worth the wait. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am happy I chose them.

Dr. Z was both friendly and thorough. I was given several options for my treatment and a referral. Very good facility as well.

Kittery Optometric Associates always treats me well, they are friendly, prompt and professional. Dr. Michaud is very thorough and does a great job explaining everything she is doing during the examination and takes time to ensure I understand everything.
