Noe Jose Cafe Family Restaurant

Wonderful breakfast here. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my toddler being high energy. They have crayon and coloring pages which helped a lot. The French toast was really good and my husband loved his waffle. Look forward to visiting again!

This was my second visit. Not sure why I have not made it more often. It really is a good restaurant. Service was great, especially on Mothers Day. I love how they do it. Everyone in my party liked what they ordered.

If you like Taco Bell, then maybe this might not be the place for you. The food here is as authentic as you can get. The enchiladas were delicious. The chicken was flavorful. The beans and rice were amazing. The flan was sweet and delicious. Do yourself a favor and just come in. You will be greeted and taken care of like family. Sorry about the photo, but I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take it before I ate.

What a surprise find! The staff were lovely, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. On a holiday from the UK to Seattle -> Vancouver -> Washington State we'll talk about this place as we tell our holiday tales. My prawns were amazing and my kids loved the food.

We have a new favorite breakfast spot with delicious homemade corn tortillas! Chorizo and huevos ranchers were so good, but the service here is the best around!

Update: I recently relocated to Idaho and my kids just asked me "is there anyway we can still get Noe Jose Cafe here?" Haha 😄

I eat here almost every day, it's amazing! My fave is the Taquitos and the Eggs Benedict.

So many choices, so many choices! Even though this place just opened recently this resturants is outstanding! It's a cafe with salads, burgers, pastas, seafood, serves breakfast all day, & has a small authentic Mexican menu with homemade flour tortillas. Service was great, food came faster than expected, BIG portions of food with great prices! Has a delicious pumkin pie cheesecake (pictured) that is to die for! Never got around to ask if it was seasonal, but I assume it is so get it while you still can. Also they don't have a liqour license YET, but was informed it's on the way. Great restaurant, definitely going back again soon!!!

Good food and family vibes. Generous portion of meat in the tacos. This one’s the homemade tacos with ground beef. Do remember to ask for the homemade special sauces.

A friendly, family owned cafe with great food - authentic Mexican and American comfort food. From a Chimmichanga to a bowl of clam chowder with a full service bar. Reasonable prices, fast service. Always treated like a member of the family. Had a breakfast get-together there for 25 after our Dad's memorial. It is our go-to date place, and we stop in frequently.

Amazing food. Great atmosphere and servers. The food and prices are amazing and will definitely be going back again. If you want a nice place to eat or just somewhere to have a quick bite to eat Noe Jose Cafe is amazing.

Noe Jose is a delicious treat in downtown Oak Harbor. There were many items on the menu that I wanted to try but I ultimately settled on the camarones a La Diabla. The homemade tortillas that came with it were delicious! The shrimp were large and so well seasoned! Love it and can’t wait to go back!

Delicious food. Fast friendly service and good portion sizes. The fajita burrito was really good!

We were drawn by the name and thought it would be a great addition to our fun weekend. It didn’t disappoint. A mix of American and Mexican choices, there was something for everyone. The staff was polite and made us feel welcome before we even came in their door. The food was good for the price. Definitely in the budget. Come for the food, stay for the hospitality.

My daughter and I came here for dinner. Wonderful food, atmosphere, and location. I met Jose, his wife, and his family, Wonderful people. Would and will absolutely come here again for food and will be stopping by so my daughter can play with his kids. They had a blast!

Delicious! Sopes, flautas, carne asada, margaritas, everything is awesome. The raspberry French toast and the breakfast quesadilla are a MUST!!

Just stopped in for a quick snack and was very happy with our overall experience. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu, we only had nachos with chicken. Very delicious.

Yumm! Best burger I have ever had from a non burger restaurant. Onion rings were the best I have ever had, EVER!. Excellent breading. Very friendly atmosphere, great staff.

Delightful family run restaurant within a shopping mall. The service was great and friendly, food came out fast as well. I had the chimichanga with ground beef and the house hot sauce; ask for that specifically. It was delicious and not overly spicy, food was extremely filling as well. I would definitely recommend Noe Jose.
