I was in a hurry and stopped in and was pleasantly surprised to find out they are under NEW ownership!! I can't tell you how great this is. This store is now nice, clean, neat, and the service is fantastic!! I was actually greeted as I walked in the door, and even though there was a customer, I was acknowledged. It was also explained to me how I could save on my mailing.
I am so excited to have my neighborhood UPS back. It was a pain driving further but I wouldn't give the OLD owners any business.

I recently visited the UPS Store and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was not only friendly and helpful but also went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. We initially went there for a standard service, but we also needed to print a few documents. To our pleasant surprise, they allowed us to print a 10-page document at no extra cost! This gesture of goodwill and customer care really stood out to me. It’s rare to find a business that prioritizes customer satisfaction to this extent. Overall, I’m very happy with the service at the UPS Store and would highly recommend it to others for their reliability and exceptional customer service.

I have had an excellent experience with this UPS Store. The helpful and pleasant personnel made the whole procedure easy from the moment I walked in. It was easy to navigate through the shipment specifics.

This UPS store always goes out of their way to provide excellent service. They packed a huge antique mirror for us . It took alot of pressure off of us so that we can safely transport it on our long journey to Florida. Thanks for great care and service 😀 The new owners are great!

I needed help printing and the owners were very helpful for me. They were in working as they had given their employees off the Saturday before Christmas. They were very helpful to all customers and for the customers who didn’t have the correct UPS return label or code they helped them on their way. Their color prints are priced very affordably and I want to try that out in the future.

I haven't had any problems with the store's new owners. They are very accommodating and have been a pleasure to deal with. Don't take these outdated reviews seriously and give them another shot. They honestly deserve better.

I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store with TJ. He provided excellent assistance with both shipping and printing services. His expertise and helpful attitude made the process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend his services. Highly recommend.

I love the NEW owners of the ups store at this location. They are super friendly and helpful every single time I come in. I ship at least 50 packages per week and they are always ready for me every time I drop off. I highly recommend!!

I have visited this place a few times, and each time I have received kind treatment. They printed the label for me without any issues or rudeness, unlike what I've seen in other reviews, when I dropped off the huge rug I bought from Amazon to return. From me, five stars.

Great service and quality products. The UPSstore website quoted me several days for my poster product, when I called, the store employee told me he could have it done in 1 hour. Upon emailing the file in, I received a response 1 hour later and my product was ready. I picked it up and it is perfect!

I fail to see the point of the hatred. It's much simpler now that there is new management. They react quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would come back here🙌🏻
