By far the friendliest dental team around! My first time visiting this dentist was last fall after over a decade of a dental visit. Dr. William Neff did everything he could to put me at ease for this appointment. I was extremely fortunate to only have one cavity in which my follow-up appointment was scheduled within a week of finding it. The scariest part of the visit was quickly diminished by the delicate and compassionate handling of my mouth!

I highly recommend this place, Gilda at the front desk is extremely friendly, Jose and Sarah hygienists were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. William Neff treated me like a member of his family and for that I will continue to visit this dental office!

Moved to CA in December 2021. It’s hard to find reliable and good doctors, dentists, stylists, etc… Los Coches Dentistry is a 50 min drive for me but I went anyway because they were recommended to my husband. I will gladly make the drive when I need to go to the dentist again.
The staff were polite & professional. Dr. Neff gave me the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. Very happy to have found our new dentist here in CA.

Love this place!! First, the staff is sooo nice, sweet and so friendly. Oh, and did I mention professional? Yep, that too. Dr. Neff is by far the best dentist around! He is knowledgeable, gentle, caring and incredibly nice. I’ve known him for years and can honestly say I’ll never change dentists. He’s a keeper!👍😊

If most people are like me they dread having to find a new dentist but boy did I get lucky with Dr Neff. He was recommended to me by a friend who had the same dental insurance and I was impressed from day one! First everyone on his staff was friendly and I want to give a special shout out to Gilda who on several occasions was able to get me in for an emergency visit. Second Dr Neff has a friendly demeanor and took his time to throughly review my dental history and recommendations with me. On 2 teeth when others had given no recommendations he didn’t and made several that can potentially extend the life of these 2 teeth! In addition Dr Neff personally called to follow up on more than one occasion after I saw 2 other specialists regarding an issue I was experiencing and that also impressed. He seems to have a busy practice yet not too busy to care about his patients. In todays word, THAT really impresses me. Thank You Dr Neff and staff.

I had an absolutely great experience at Dr. Neff’s office. His dental assistant was so friendly during my xrays and Dr. Neff gave me such a great understanding of how our teeth work and what I have to do take care of them better. The lady’s up front who set my next appointment were amazing and helped me chose the whitening solution that was fit for me and my pocket. Absolutely loved my whole appointment.

Dr. Neff is great! Very meticulous and professional. Always makes sure I’m comfortable, asks a lot of questions and goes above and beyond. His office is nice and his team are delighful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Dr. Neff and the Los Coches staff are my heros. Going to the dentist, let alone getting your wisdom tooth pulled is never something I would look forward to, but Dr. Neff and his incredible staff at Los Coches dentistry made it a pleasurable experience. They treated me like a friend, not a customer. Everyone was so kind and attentive to all my needs. Dr. Neff did an amazing job of explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable and at ease before he started. He was so good that I didn't even realize my tooth had been pulled!!! Now that's skill. I would highly recommend Los Coches Dentistry.

Dr. Neff was professional and personable. He put me at ease with my concerns about my teeth. I thought that I might have to have more extensive work done on some molars and he will be able to correct the issues with a much less invasive process.

Dr Neff and team are the best I've encountered. To wit, Dr. Neff was able to immediately tell me suspected cause of painful tongue issue. This was after two ENT Drs couldn't diagnose. After I went back to ENT follwoing Dr. Neff 6 month visit ENT confirmed it was indeed what Dr. Neff suspected. Dr. Neff is the most mindful dentist I've been to in 45 years across San Diego county, Chicago, and Seattle. His positive attitutde, dental expertise, professionalism, and all that he does is a credit to his craft. Most recently I went in for cleaning with braces for first time. The hygenist was brilliant and fixed a problem with a wire sticking out. Her cleaning is always thorough and she has great insights. Many who have cleaned my teeth in the past leave a lot ot be desired. At Dr. Neff's my cleanings have always been spot on.

Finest Dentist I've used. Why, Bill is very patient and spends the time to explain things he's doing. Dr. Neff actually assisted with my teeth cleaning as well. I've never seen a Dentist do that! Very friendly staff and clean modern office.

Dr. Neff and his staff are awesome! I have been going to their office for 10 yrs. Dr. Neff takes the time to explain all your dental procedures. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Neff was great, able to get my son in for an emergency appointment when our regular Dentists office was closed for the day. He even personally phoned the next day to check in on him! We will most likely be changing dentists to this office! Thank you to Dr. Neff and his staff, you have a beautiful and amazing office!

Wow!! Best Dental Exam and cleaning I have ever had...and everything was clearly explained. From front office to back....everyone was very nice, friendly, and professional. Up to date dental equipment and Dr. Neff was honest with the work I needed done. And love that they are open on some Saturdays!

Amazing office, clean, kind, courteous, Dr Neff is so helpful and sweet. He did such a through dental examination and was even there for part of the cleaning. Great place.
