Great location off the beaten path. Great smoothies! Must try. Lots of choices and combinations. Small food menu. Good for a Filling lunch or light dinner.

Their smoothies are incredible! They're expensive but you get a LOT of smoothie for your buck. There are many options for people who have dairy intolerances since they allow you to sub in coconut milk or soy milk in place of dairy milk or yogurt. The food is really good too--I personally recommend the Thai chicken bowl.

Vegan options. Can substitute any of the chicken for vegan plant based chicken. The pea protein powder for smoothies is also vegan.

My coworkers and I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Their smoothies are so delicious and addicting. The beach bum smoothie with strawberries, bananas and chocolate is my favorite, although I have enjoyed all of the flavors I have tried. I had a mix up with one of my orders last month, and the manager, Tameka, was so helpful and friendly and had it straightened out right away. Customer Service is top notch. This is my go-to place when I want to treat myself to something delicious. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie!

Great customer service. I order thru doordash at least twice a week. They didnt give me my strawberry edible straws so I ordered in person and told them. They happily gave me the straws and apologized. Clean establishment, excellent customer service and delicious chicken Quesadillas! Best smoothies as well that blimey limey is the truth

My sister and I are obsessed with Tropical Smoothie! It’s in a great location.
Most of the employees are young but are very polite, fun and professional. They really know how to make the best smoothies and flatbreads! Every smoothie I’ve tried has tasted so fresh. I refuse to purchase a smoothie from any other restaurant. My sister even has the app, which makes ordering easy and convenient!

We order tropical smoothie a few times a week via grub hub.

My personal favorite is the açaí smoothie and buffalo chicken wrap. The food is always ready super fast and is great.

The bonus are the cookies, let me tell you. I pop them in the microwave for 10 secs and they are just like they came out of the oven!

Go here frequently. The smoothies are all great and I have tried a good variety of them. If you are looking to cut back on calories you can choose no sweetener and they have the option to add protein to you smoothies. They can be busy at times but the staff are attentive and work to get your smoothie to you as soon as they can. I havent tried too many of the food items but the seem to have a decent selection.

First time here. Love the wraps , flat bread and smoothie! The cashier made a mistake in the smoothie price, but when we mentioned it , he apologized and gave us the smoothie free...
No excuses!
Now that is customer service! !

They have a great culture here. The staff is extremely pleasant. Its easily recognizable (the efforts of a small business owner) to make their establishment a warm and inviting atmosphere!Our group at Triangle Motors enjoys the smoothies and various healthy options regularly. Second day in a row for some impressive smoothies. We had Island Green and Pomegranate Plunge on day 1. Day 2 we had another Island Green, Blimey Limey, and Mango Berry Cosmo. Absolutely fabulous!

Such a great experience at this location in Frederick. Super friendly staff and they were also sooo quick with my order. Will definitely be coming back again and again! Oh and the quesadilla boxes don't go unnoticed. They are very clean, they close securely, and they keep the food extremely fresh. Thanks for being awesome!

There is a wrap that I get from here that is very good! The Thai chicken(minus the chicken) add plant based protein. You’ll have to ask for extra sauce, because it can be dry if not.
If you have nut allergies, this is not for you(it has peanuts)

My office is located near Tropical Smoothie so we all are frequent visitors. We have tried the wraps, salads and smoothies with zero complaints. Not only is the food great, healthy and made in front of you but the staff is fantastic! We recently used Groupon for some smoothies and Shelby was super helpful at ensuring I got the most bang for my buck. Again I can't thank the staff for awesome service, food and smoothies.

First time I've been ever had food from place that look exactly like the advertised picture. Very impressive! The friendly staff and delicious smoothies to off a great experience!

I visited for the first time 4/22/16. I had the acai berry and the Chia banana. Both were delicious and I'm looking forward to trying the food. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I highly recommend it!

Suggest the person making or handling the smoothie in any capacity to wash their hands. The young man came the back and washed his hands and adequate the smoothie and the cashier poured itnintonthe cup without washing her hands. I don't think or want my food handled without washing of the hands. A corrective issue.

The best TSC I've been in. The place was very clean and feels well lit with sunlight - was very open and comfortable. The staff was very friendly in helping us decide what to get, and providing customizations for allergies and diets.
