Awesome sushi tapas restaurant in the Space Coast. Even better, it is all you can eat for a great price.

Love this place they always give me exactly what I want and at a great quality. It’s not too pricey too and the service is quick and ease.

Have had it for eat-in as well as to go now, and been delicious both times. Love the half roll idea so you get to try more things without paying more or wasting food.

I just found my new sushi place! The tuna and salmon practically melted in my mouth! I haven't been able to find that in a long time. Everything is flavorful, The food plates had really nice presentation, my waitress, Samantha was very attentive. She was either checking on her guests, or cleaning, but was never idle.
So for those who don't know: here's how it works:
On every table, there are pens and order slips. You fill a slip of paper out with what you want, including your table number. The wait staff takes the order slip, and your sushi comes out shortly. Eat and repeat.
My comments and concerns:
*BRING YOUR OWN CHOPSTICKS*, because they have the square ones.
I saw a comment about the 18% service charge. It's not quite how it sounds. The 18% is for every employee, not just for wait staff.
I saw a comment about the music. I only heard one radio station being played.
The food that is supposed to be hot tasted like it was reheated or microwaved.

I sat at the bar by myself and it was after the dinner rush on a weekday, around 8:30. The service was great, the food was surprisingly good. Even had Mochi for dessert. It might not be the best sushi out there but for the price, all you can eat, it was good. I’d go back again

Another satisfying meal with the lovely folks at sushi factory. Getting a chance to try different rolls and flavors without the extended price of a single roll resturant. Hot food was hot and the sushi was very fresh. Look over the menu, fill out a slip and a server picks up the slip. Few moments later here comes your food either by staff or by delivery robot, which is too fun.

Best time to go here is lunch time when there is no one. Quick service and good food for $17

I really like this place, the food was great and the music in playing matched the mood (for me). I paid 14.95 for lunch and got multiple orders. One of the people i was with was a little rude but over all food was 9/10. (If your gonna go, the sweet potato, 37 i think, is my absolute favorite) They was pushing out food like bullets, you order and like 3-4 minutes later and it’s there

The food is super fresh and delicious! It is all you can eat, and you will be charged extra if you order something and do not eat it. You fill out little papers to order and then a server or sushi robot will bring you your food. The servers working were also very kind and great with kids. I highly recommend this place if you like to eat sushi!

This place was my first real sushi experience. So many great flavors on the menu! I still haven't tried them all. I didn't know I loved sushi as much as I do. Bring your appetite tho. Dinner prices are no joke. It's like $30sum bucks per person. Well worth it if you can eat 9-10 servings 😆🤣. Seriously tho. Sushi Factory is my new favorite place!

Great sushi, great price! Always satisfied whether I eat in or take out! As a matter of fact I’m about to place an order as soon as they open at 4pm!! You guys are doing a great job! Always friendly when I dine in, no matter the wait I think it’s worth it plus it’s not that long of a wait! Order out if your impatient!! I know you can’t please everyone but you sure did please me!!!!

It was ok. My first time there. It's in a Motel office and the parking isn't all that great. Food was good. Ordering system was pretty cool..write the number of your food item(s) and your assigned place at table and walla...the waitress knows who got what and where

I don’t understand why so many people are trashing this place. If you decide to go to sushi factory just know you’re going to be there for a while. They are super shortstaffed and the food takes a little bit but overall for all you can eat paying around 25 bucks, I would say that’s a good deal. They have a good sized menu and there is an 18% service charge so that everyone helping gets a tip which I think is fair. The sushi chefs, the busser and the waitress were all serving everybody when I last came in.
The staff is kind and I really enjoy this place!

Absolutely an incredible experience. Service was so fast and friendly. Food was fresh and delivered promptly by a cool robot.
They didn't skimp on anything. I believe they made corrections to previous reviews, this place is worth many repeat visits.

Brilliant food and service. We were lucky to be served by Kayla she was very friendly, full of smiles and extremely helpful. Try the Sexy Jalapenos - wonderful, I also liked the all you can drink Sake! We will be back again and again, hopefully we will be served again by Kayla!

So far very good. Smoked salmon and cheese is very good. Tempura was hot and fresh.
