Feels a little bit weird to give a 5-star review to a collection agency. But I don't think that collection agency is the right word for this place. It's more of a debt facilitation and recovery service, that uses civil methods of collecting debt for agencies that are owed money, by people that often have trouble making the payments, that they are required to make.

These people in that are not bad people. I only learned of this credit agency and collection service because I forgot about a traffic ticket and it was sent here. I was very worried about it affecting my credit I've worked very hard to protect my credit over the years. and that's when I learned that the owner doesn't even send any info to credit reporting agencies. I guess she started this practice about five years ago, and she noticed that people started roaring debts, more readily, and more often.

This place should be the model for how collection agencies work. this woman is a bona fide leader of the community with a good heart. I've never seen anything like this in all of my dealings with the financial world. I was so inspired that I offered to donate $50 to be put towards those that couldn't afford their debt payments. She was touched. She added it to the envelope of cash that she keeps so that she can make payments for people when they can't do it themselves so they don't fall behind. All of her staff contributes to this fund on their own. I was almost in tears.

I feel so strongly about this that I asked her if she would be willing to help form an exploratory committee with me, to help me develop policy ideas to bring to the legislature, or at least form a group of citizens looking out for others, and to help influence the way debt collection is managed in the future. I am an active and campaigning local politician, so plan on seeing this business in your feed soon.
