Patrick's Café & Bakery

I've heard about this place from social media however didn't make time to go until now. Going in, it has very homey vibes and felt welcomed. I ordered the kimchi fried rice which was super good and the liliko'i cake which was so amazing. My coworker ordered the loco moco. I tried it and tasted good. I am very picky with my loco mocos so after trying it, it surprised me and exceeded my expectations. The owner knew almost everyone who came in and out which cemments his place in the community. Hands down top tier place. I'm going back again soon to try the sumo loco moco and go in a food coma.

This was our first time here, and we loved it and plan to be back again very soon. And, the staff was so friendly which gave it a more homey feel.

My favorite thing was the haupia cinnamon roll, which was just right on the sweetness level and filled with so much flavor.

I didn't end up trying the he lilikoi shortbread cookies until we got home, but had I tried it earlier while we were still at Patrick's, I most likely would have bought a few more packages. For some reason, I thought it was also going to be really sweet, but it turned out to be perfect on the sweetness and not too overpowering of the lilikoi flavor.

I had the fried rice with 2 eggs and enjoyed it. Honestly, I'm not sure I recall a place serving tastier fried rice than theirs. My wife and son had the Hawaiian Style Breakfast and also enjoyed their food.

I would order the same exact thing next time because I loved it but plan on trying a new meal each time I go back. Add this place to your list of food places to eat, they will NOT disappoint.

Great food, service, and location! Patrick will make you laugh and if you happen to miss his presence the rest of the staff are so great!

Love the breakfast fried rice, loco loco, and anything sweet! We had our gender reveal cake made by Patrick and it was perfect!

Was a treat to accidently discover after having to get a new car battery from autozone right next door! We had the Hawai'i style breakfast, a biscuit on the side (because I'm a southern girl), and Chantilly cake (of course). Outdoor seating. Small inside area with some seating and a bathroom. They are only open 3 days a week. They have catering also. I would come here again!

This was like stepping into a local style restaurant back home in Hawaii. Authentic Hawaiian food, friendly ohana atmosphere and 'Aloha spirit' are served here daily, and you can tell!! The Hawaiian plate was on special when we went, so of course I had to try it with a side of poi. Everything was spot on! To finish it off, the haupia cinnamon rolls were divine. We will gladly drive to Patrick's again, to get a little taste of home.

Great little spot only open select days of the week, but has great portions of delicious Hawaiian style dishes. And the baked goods, that was the best part, they also do cake orders and catering as well!

Food was very affordable and delicious 😋 we had a fried rice! They have many pastries as well. Wanna try loco moco next time! It’s very hard to find a good loco moco.

We ordered mini cupcakes for my baby shower and Patrick was quick to respond to an issue we had. The mini cupcakes were super good, especially the banana cream ones I ordered. We will have to go back to eat food real soon.

They have the most amazing cakes! Light and fluffy cakes with choice of amazing toppings. The haupia cinnamon rolls are ridiculously amazing! The Hawaiian breakfast is also delicious. Patrick himself comes out to greet people all the time and you can also see him working hard in the kitchen. The rest of the staff is really friendly and helpful. Only open on weekends, but worth it!

Every time we have gone to Patrick's Bakery, we have been welcomed and awed by the staff and atmosphere. A year ago we asked Patrick to make our wedding cake (more accurately, 40 cinnamon rolls made to look like a cake) and it was one of the highlights of our wedding. Not only are the cinnamon rolls decadent and delicious, but Patrick himself was kind and attentive.

This year we asked for another cinnamon cake for our anniversary, and he remembered us and decorated the cake with pretty little flowers without being asked to! I highly recommend the food, and Patrick himself is a bright star. Go check out his cinnamon rolls, you'll get an amazing dessert and a cool friend out of it!

Came here for brunch on our way out of Seattle. Delicious food, especially the spam musubi, atmosphere is cozy and relaxed and the staff are super friendly and cool. We had to go back in and grab more musubi for the road before we left. Would definitely eat here again next time I'm in the area

August 2023: Food is still absolutely awesome. Had the beef chili with rice and the spam croissant for lunch, half of each was such a good meal. Finished off with a gloriously sour sour apple shaved ice (had a watermelon one a couple years ago and it achingly sweet.) Looking forward to sharing the scones I got with my GF later. 😍

July 2022: Delicious food just like every time I've been here before. Came at a busy time and still had prompt service and quick food.

We called Patrick right before the holiday to order a cake for my wife’s birthday on the 26th and he graciously accommodated our request. They stayed late to get us the cake that was wonderfully decorated and tasted supreme. The cake was very moist and he was very generous with the strawberries in it. We highly recommend them.

I got the egg omelet crossisant sandwich and then added sausage.

The crossisant was so soft and flaky, well, the whole sandwich was one of the best crossisant sandwiches I've ever had.

I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Love the freshly baked goods with a Hawaiian twist from this cafe! I recommend the Haupia cinnamon roll and pumpkin scone (seasonal). The spam musubi (spam & egg) is a delicious and economical choice if you are looking for something quick and easy to eat.

A great bakery with awesome fresh baked, treats.
The Island food is tasty, and large portions. Nothing fancy, just good grinds,
and feels like eating inside your friends Lanaai.

The chocolate haupia cake is so sublime we seek out every possible excuse to order one. Dinner party? Bring one! Need a gift? Deliver one! Seriously, these cakes are incredible - light, flavorful, just the right amount of sweet. Plus, great service, a chill cafe, and fun menu make Patrick’s a neighborhood treasure. Highly recommend.

Huge fans of their baked goods (particularly the cinnamon roll and croissants, but don't sleep on the mini banana loaf either) and their breakfast sandwiches are to die for! Patrick the owner is frequently present and an extremely pleasant and nice person to encounter. Always looking forward to a weekend visit here!

They make delicious cakes! Have had the POG, fresh berries and cream, guava, and chantilly. Have never been disappointed! Staff is friendly and welcoming. Patrick is a joy!
