Taz took great care of us during our most recent visit. She expertly walked my wife through some “shoe secrets” to enhance her comfort (not to suggest Allbirds aren’t already exceedingly comfortable) and with that increased our “ring” at the till. My Tree Pipers are incredibly comfortable and stylish and my wife’s Tree Breezers are beautiful! All in all it is an excellent location with great sales staff. All of the products are represented and there is no “hard selling”. We have numerous pairs of shoes as well as hats, clothing & socks! Great products, great store, exceptional staff! My husband and I have always loved Allbirds. We own many different pairs and some of them we’ve worn when we travel. They’re really comfortable. Plus, all the store associates have really great customer service skills. For today’s visit, we were assisted by Slater. He was so patient with my requests and was so knowledgeable with the store return policies and products. We’re grateful with our experience with Slater!

There are some awesome shoes here. It's open-spaced with all walls covered in kicks. Staff are around to grab sizes for you. They are friendly and patient. Allbirds is worth popping in.

I came in panicking as I needed shoes for an international trip leaving in 3 days (didn't leave enough time to break in the ones I had). Slater was the calm to my storm. He asked me what type of terrain I would be on and knew exactly which shoe would be best. Slater helped me find the perfect size and fit and helped with color selection based on neutrality with clothing and hiding dirt.

***Update, after walking in the shoes 10 miles a day with no break in period, my feet felt amazing. They were great on cobblestones and slick surfaces. My mom ended up taking the shoes because she was having trouble with the ones she brought and the Allbirds relieved her symptoms. Now I have to buy another pair for myself.

The most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn! I heard about Allbirds several years ago and finally got around to buying myself a pair. This is a unique and exceptional brand. Very clean, modern store and the shoes themselves are stylish, simple and comfortable. My new favorite shoe.

I visited during one of their first weekends and they were pretty busy. The store is decorated nicely. The staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions. This is definitely a place to visit to see the different Allbirds offerings and to try on shoes if unsure of sizing.

Just bought my first pair of Allbirds last month. Only wore them twice, packed them in my carry on and it fell out and was damaged. I called customer service explained what happened. Without hesitation, they sent me a replacement pair at no charge! Excellent customer service.

If you're from Canada, the insoles are almost half price and a good buy versus from the online Canadian store. It's 20 CAD after the exchange rate here, but $35 CAD online. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of room to try on shoes. They're very comfortable!

I've been avoiding retail shops but wanted to try on a pair before I purchased. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait outside for just a bit to make sure they didn't have too many inside. They also have a door attendant reminding everyone on the way in to keep their masks on and not touch the wall displays.

I was probably an easy customer because I'd already done a ton of research online, but I was in and out in less than half an hour. Great customer service, they answered all my questions, and even got 2 extra pair of shoelaces with my pair.

I already knew Allbirds were fantastic shoes - the most comfortable I have ever worn! When I found out there was a brick and mortar store near me, I was excited to get in and try some new styles in person. The young woman who helped me was amazing, and I am thrilled to have my new Tree Dasher 2s to take me on my many walks! Allbirds are the best! 🥰

I ordered online and the track shipping never worked. At day 5 I emailed and the customer service team was awesome. They sent another order and expedited the shipping. In the end both orders arrived same day and they sent a prepaid return label. They couldn't have been more efficient and helpful.
And the item ordered is great too.

This is the only store at U Village that has queue even on a rainy day. I usually skip any shop that has queue but this one is worth it. Ended up bought several items and it was totally unplanned. The shoes are very comfy and the design is very nice. Staffs were helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't have half size for men but offered me the woman size instead. They also reassured me that men and women shoes are the same.

We stopped in so that I could look at some winter high top sneakers. I came up with a beautiful pair of indigo, blue ones which are wonderful and cozy, and have been pretty nonslip so far. Thanks for the great service.

Alex was so kind and helpful in locating an item for me! He was efficient and knowledgeable, and he completed my order for an item that was sold out online. He also shipped quickly! Great customer service like this makes me want to shop at Allbirds in the future. Highly recommend this store!

We had ordered the wrong color online. We couldn’t get to the store for over 2 months to exchange. When we told our story to Julia (person in store) she was TOTALLY accommodating and nice. All the salespeople were great and very friendly. I can’t say enough about the experience. Aside from a great product, they were also friendly, professional and understanding.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful for getting the shoes that I needed for the purpose I needed. So far I've been testing them out since they have a great return policy! Definitely recommend!

Great shoes, very comfortable. I was disappointed when the sole of my first pair started separating from the foam but was offered a replacement pair as soon as this was brought to the attention of the management. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I visited the Allbirds store in University Village last night and was extremely impressed while there. I was helped by Dan, who was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product offerings. I am excited to get a new pair of shoes once they get my size and preferred color in stock. It was overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend to friends.

Great energy in this store! The whole team was kind and available to help. Alex was super helpful in facilitating a complicated exchange. I left there with a shoe I truly love and a smile on my face.

Allbirds shoes are very comfortable (like a hug for your feet), especially the wool runners. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was some difficulty in getting our U Village gift card to work, but the staff were committed to finding a solution and they persevered! You can return purchases made online in store. They also have colors that aren't available on the website yet.
