This is for the U-Village location.

You'll need to drive around and walk into the shopping area, but the walk is worth it --- especially during the sales events.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professionally helpful. They were intuitive, and the staff worked together to find the right fit!

They carry clothing for both Men and Women but will have considerably more selections for women. The quality is very good for men's t-shirts.

Women's jeans is where they shine. They can special order a pair if they don't have it in stock. They can also alter the hem, for the life of the jeans.

They have discounts for those in the medical field and if you have a Madewell account. Also if you bring in a pair of jeans, they will credit you $50 and donate the jeans a non-profit.

I had a great experience at this location. I usually buy my Madewell products online, but had a huge rip in my favorite madewell jeans. I gave the store a call and they told me they offer complimentary jean repair! I brought them in on a Monday afternoon, they were picked up by the seamstress Tuesday and I already received my jeans (shipped to my house) on Friday. Awesome service. Allison helped me get the repair ticket going and was super nice. Thank you U Village Madewell!

Maddy at the Uvillage store is fantastic! During quite the rush she helped myself and others with suggestions on size and styles that suited them best while remaining calm, friendly, and in control. Love my new jeans!

Great selection! Staff is very helpful, kind and follow covid guidelines very seriously. Even when other customers were being rude towards the staff for having to wait longer (take it up with your Governor, not them), Amelia and everyone else continued to smile and provide great service. She went above and beyond helping me find what I was looking for and the correct size. All the 1 star reviewers here for this store has obviously never worked retail (try it out, it's harder then you think). They must have been having a bad day when posting their review because Amelia and associates MADE my day!

I avoid buying pants unless absolutely necessary because it's just so hard to find a pair that fits well. I had heard Madewell jeans were the best and so I wandered in, not expecting to find much. Youn Soo, at this location, was so helpful in helping me pick out my size. I would not have know to get different sizes depending on the wash and wear. She knew details about all the jeans and helped me find the right fit for what I was looking for. Despite the price of the pants, I still give my experience 5 stars because I walked out feeling cared for and confident in my purchase and in myself because I found jeans that actually fit! Beautiful selections of clothing, bags, jewellery, etc. Fair prices items (between $20 up to $200).

Nice shopping place in University Village.
