Sears

It's such a great store that sadly seems to be dying. But they have all sorts of super good deals, especially with tools right now.. please support then if you can. Great deals and prices.

I went there in August, there really nice employees. Clothes are well stocked, the 2nd floor is a little bare but still a nice store. Sadly the 3rd floor had to close.

This is a great place to shop. Very good selection and great prices. Friendly staff. I am curious to know how long ago the 3rd floor was closed off to customers. I really hope this store will stay open. It was worth it to drive over from Poulsbo.

The manager at the southcenter Sears was exemplary in helping us resolve our problem. Our refrigerator, purchased at a different location out of state, was delivered without handles and after call after call after call, the other place blew us off, ignoring our calls. (This was after no-showing us the first delivery date.) We stopped by southcenter Sears while we were in town and explained our story. The manager, I think her name is Kimberly, was truly sorry for our experience. She had the tech guy get handles from a display model and gave them to us, apologizing the whole time. She said it's a familiar story, people having problems with Sears these days, since getting bought out. She wants to change that and create a positive experience for as many customers as she can, bringing the old Sears back.

Well I'd have to say I haven't had a very good experience with Sears in the last month. I had some problems getting into my account and just hadn't been able to get ahold of anyone in store by telephone. After many attempts when I finally would get a person by phone they would give me a number to call and I could never get the situation resolved
So I went to Sears again today to try and resolve my problem. The manager Franchesca came out and diligently worked to solve the problem. The whole time she was kind and considerate not once did she show any irritation. What she did took a load off my shoulders!
Janie who is was with Lands End for years, is always a pleasure to talk with. She had been trying to help me also and I don't know the name of the gal that was with her the week before and again today, but they were both very helpful. The two of them make a good team.

Sears is the BEST! When I was 4 years old I remember that there use to be sears in the everett mall I was sad when they took it down but I'm happy that sears survived and it still here today

It's a Sears that is still open. The fact that they have stayed open warrants 5 stars alone. By the time I went there, there were only two of the three floors operating. I will say that stock is low, but prices were also low. I got some university t-shirts for $3 and some pajamas for $2. Sears was a popular retailer in the 1970s and it was like I was paying 1970s prices. While I was there, I was also encouraged by seeing a man purchase a mattress, another purchase a barbecue, and someone else buy a refrigerator. They're still rolling.

Love it. Sears in my hometown closed down several years back. It's nice to see a Sears with full racks of clothes and products. Would come here again.

Sears is obviously changing, but despite all that it still great value for your dollar. This weekend had the famous Sears die hard boots on sale for 1/2 off. We all love great deals and I'm glad there still around. Thanks Sears for hanging in there and providing another local store with real live people to talk to. Thumbs up to you, Andy

I am a loyal and faithful customer and potential future employee. I have no affiliation with Sears or the company. I love this location, and there needs to be a revival and a resurgence. This location and other Sears need to make a comeback because Sears is a national treasure engrained in the fabric of society. I spoke with a very kind employee Collette, and it turned out there was some customers there that came up from Portland oregon! That's a 3-hour drive both ways! So that shows there's a strong interest still in Sears.

The employees are very lovely and polite and could have not been more kind, I visited yesterday and I personally have interest in working for sears. My top priority is to see that store survive and maybe just do a little turn around on some brands and listen to the people and get a little feedback and we can make that store fantastic again and there can be a Sears resurgence. It is sort of a relationship so communicating that information back and forth in what a person wants in a store is very important, making some changes here and there and just updating with the times and I know in my heart serious can make a big strong return but no matter what this particular store should be declared a national treasure an historic monument because that brand started in the late 1800s and it's worth saving. Long live Sears and I love this store and it can be top-notch again very soon and we can all make Sears great again. I would encourage you all to email them and write them physical letters and call them and just say hey I'm a fan of your store and I love you guys and here's my feedback and let's make Sears at the top of the charts again.

Walmart and Amazon have a lot of their employees on public benefits while they hoard all the resources and that's illegal. Let's arrest them, Sears and other classic department stores always engaged in friendly competition and they survived until Walmart and Amazon came around, Sears at southcenter is the store of the people and let's make it that way again. Long live Sears and let's come together.

Sears itself is still Sears and still has the usual selection of clothing with some surprising good deaks.

Whether Sears will continue or not, it was a good source of many clothing basics and work wear at dependable prices

I wish the store and it's employees and customers a happy outcome to the trials facing the company

I love the store, very lovely employees that I deal with. Made small talk with a couple. Would even love to be an employee.

I ordered a new long sleeve t-shirt and it only took 2 days to come. They have great prices. I will continue to shop with them.

This series is pretty good they have a great clothing section the tool section is all limiting but the home section is great as well I went here and got my Father's Day gifts and a gift for myself as well from some Shop Your Way points that I earned for you can never be free money so I always apply for these programs plus you can't be serious for a Craftsman lifetime warranty

This was one of the best sears I’ve been in! All the workers were extremely helpful and answered all my questions super well. Especially the sales manager!! Dazavian I think was his name! Very great sales man(:

The Sears Craftsman warranty is alive and well.
My 1/2" drive socket wrench wore out and
when I took it back to the Southcenter store, Sears associate Michael took the broken tool and handed me a new replacement tool.
I'm very satisfied with my experience.
I like the Craftsman tool line and will continue to purchase Sears Craftsman tools.

I live for SEARS, literally! I am a Auto Tech and buy nothing but Craftsman from them as if anything breaks I simply return it to any store. You cannot do that if you buy Snap-On! Oh and did I mention it pays to be a Shop your way rewards member? That means any thing and everything has points that can be used as store credit! The only downside is they do expire but you can use them on any sale they have going on!

If Sears continues to hire excellent personnel like they have now and maintain an inventory of valuable goods like they now have on their shelves..... they have the potential to rebuild a smaller but thriving business that will endure.

If you wanna go back in time for the last time, you should go to sears as it's near closing for good! It's the olny one left in WA as of now. Sad to see it go. #goodolddays #90s
