I cancelled my policy with Chris Tolley ( who was extremely rude and completely lacking in customer service skills ) before my next payment was due to be drafted from my account. They drafted my money anyway and when I called his office I was told it would be credited back to my account with in 3 days. Ten days later only half of the money was refunded. I was then given the home office number to call who in turn told me to contact my local office. Therefore, I was completely given the run around . Needless to say I am extremely disappointed by this and not give my recommendation to anyone to use this office .

They are slow, and they can not keep up with there clients phone calls.
