I have been in the Insurance business for 21+ years. This is an AMAZING company. It is setup like many other insurance organizations. There are management overrides, amazing carriers, & fantastic people. Yes, you buy leads. No, there are no guarantees. You have to work and follow a proven system. You'll get out of it, what you put into it. Anybody else, saying anything else, is either pushing an agenda, or just doesn't understand the insurance business well. Check it out for yourself. Don't let others push their ignorance onto you. Maybe it will be a great fit for you, maybe it won't. Don't you think you should make that decision for yourself?

I feel obligated to give some push back to those calling this a MLM scheme... look the only difference between this company and any other selling life insurance is you buy your leads, aka invest in your business. Its no different than paying for a marketing campaign. They have live classes everyday and have ample resources to help you succeed. Either you commit and put the work in or you don't choice is yours.

I have only been working as an agent here for about a month. Through the highest highs and the lowest lows, this company has been my back bone since day 1. When they tell you hard work pays off.. they weren’t lying. This company is unmatched in support and training. I am so lucky to have been given this opportunity. I can’t wait to see how my life unfolds!

I never sold any policies for the short period of time I was with them. I found out quickly that the line of work just didn't fit well with me. However, from what I saw, the company was great and had a lot of opportunity for income growth. And no I didn't just "drink the Kool-aid." I am familiar with this type of business and business in general, as I am a business owner myself. Symmetry is not going to fit your mold of the typical 40 hour, biweekly paycheck, 9-5 job. They are commission based. If that scares you, you can still try it out, but you may find the stress of uncertainty isn't worth the earning potential (although a good argument can be made that a single salary/hourly job is actually less secure than commission, but I won't go into that). If you're willing to invest time and some funds up front, work hard, and risk the uncertainty, I would give this company an honest try. As always, your mileage may vary.

There are different perspectives from reviewers, client and agent.

Mine is from the perspective of an agent, I've been working with Symmetry Financial Group for 3.5yrs. This is NOT easy work, however it is simple! Hence the reason only 8% of agents survive past the one year mark. If you do enough of the work the results will follow.

For those saying this is a Pyramid Scheme/MLM don't understand the concept of building a business within a duplicatable franchise like system. When is the last time you drove through a drive-through and saw only one person running the entire operation? How would that be efficient in the terms of customer service/satisfaction? Let alone running a profitable business.

This is a trillion dollar industry where only those that are willing to grow themselves survive. Do the research yourself, financial services, specifically insurance creates more millionaires yearly than any other industry. I'm grateful for the founders and leaders within my organization paving the way so I can get my own slice of that trillion dollar pie, by helping families and developing leaders!

Working with Symmetry Financial Group has been an amazing experience. And I specifically said “with” not “for” intentionally. Here, your path is your own to determine based on your own goals. Symmetry is simply the vehicle in which you are traveling in that happens to come with a roadmap in the glove box; you choose the destination. Oh, and by the way, everyone here just happens to be like your traveling companions. Companions who help you navigate your route, recommend awesome points of interest to not miss, hazardous terrain to look out for, help you in deciphering where you are on the map, planning out the best route, maybe even providing snacks along the way :0 lol. The culture here truly sets us apart from anyone else. From day one you are welcomed into this family. And it truly is a family with a focus on you and your goals by providing the support and encouragement to achieve them. There is no toxicity or high-pressured sales tactics. It is simply awesome people who share the same goal; trying to help families. It just so happens that by doing the right things and helping our client families we can also provide for our own families while doing so. What you get out of it is totally based off what you put into it. The sky’s the limit for what you can accomplish here if you are willing to put the work in. From our founders to our newest agent, we genuinely live and breathe our core values every day. They are not just pretty words on paper to make the company look and sound good. That is the Symmetry difference.

Had the pleasure of working with Gabrielle Kolar on getting mortgage protection Insurance. We had no clue about anything going in, and Gabrielle made sure to explain everything to me and my boyfriend without feeling overwhelmed. She did not try to oversell and she made sure to get us the best rate. I would absolutely be delighted to work with Gabrielle again in the future!

Took me 30 years to find SFG. Have not regretted giving all of our energy, time and passion to building something of incredible value for our family, our clients and our teams. We love it. Its HARD work, but nothing worth having is ever easy. We love the culture, the product and a clear pathway to an incredible nationwide business. Have not seen anything else like it in my career. We are more committed and passionate now than when we started. That says a LOT.

For those looking for something beyond what is found in the normal workplace, this entire company and opportunity is incredible.

You have to work for it. Do not bring a 40k per year mindset and wonder why you are not making 6 figures and beyond. We read, we grow, we collaborate, we train, we face defeats. It's certainly not for the faint of heart.

But if you can dig down and apply all the above and add time over consistency, amazing things can and do happen all the time here.

I am incredibly grateful to of found Symmetry. The time my team has invested in training me, the encouragement of relentless pursuit of self growth, the celebrations of victories, the fun while getting stuff done, the bonuses, the Benifits (health, vision, dental, and life insurance)! The list goes on and on…My quility partnership with Walmart, NFL alumni, commerce bank. I’m not sure there is anything else like this in the world. Paid trips around the world, digital platforms to help contact clients. Pinch me I must be dreaming. I love this company, the founders, the culture, and the path to climb the ranks as your up line reaches down to pull you up. In my opinion, a company is only as good as the people behind it. The leadership of Symmetry impressed me very early on with their experience and their ability to grow a company so quickly to be the fastest growing IMO of its kind in the country. What's much more impressive to me, though, is how they've done that not on the backs of others, but by lifting others up. They take a real interest in knowing where an agent wants to go and helping you get there.

When I started with Symmetry in April, 2013, I had recently closed a business that left me with quite a bit of debt. I was determined to find a company that had a proven system for me to follow that not only could give me the immediate income to provide for my family, but also the opportunity to build a business for our future.

Within 18 months, we were able to pay off six figures in debt...which seemed impossible before finding Symmetry. I can't describe in words the sense of freedom, fulfillment, and gratitude we have everyday for the lifestyle we now own...with time and money.

SFG/Quility is a great start to a career in the insurance industry. From what I have seen, the business owners cooperate very well with their employees. My coach passed the rules of wealth building onto my team. There was daily inspiration with team leads, and highlights for inspiration.

Symmetry Financial Group is such an awesome place to work and be in business! They have an incredible culture that believes in personal growth. They believe if you work harder on yourself then you do your work you will be much better off. They have an incredible lead system that allows our agents to spend much less time prospecting and more time helping protect the families that need our help.

Seems there’s a mix of Potential Clients/Current and Contractors - my review is from a contractor stance.

I’ve worked with another Insurance Organization and found that Symmetry Provided an extraordinary quality of Training and clear Framework to work with our clients. I’m not sure how experienced some people leaving reviews are in Business Ownership but it does require earnest effort. When I first started in this business, I only had an employee reference to earning an income. I didn’t even understand paying taxes or profit/loss report.

Once I got a bearing on being a business owner (maintaining client relationships, monitoring budgeting, disciplined schedule) and the Symmetry Business - we achieved a stable income. There was definitely immense patience and commitment from my Mentors to work with us until we gained a level of maturity as a Symmetry Business owner. Very Grateful!

Personally speaking, It’s important to me when recommending/sponsoring anything I am comfortable with my reputation being associated with it. I can 100% stand behind Symmetry (Leadership, methods and system) and the Insurance Companies they represent.
