Oh I am so happy this business exists ! I live in Black Mountain and didn’t want to drive all the way to Asheville, but also didn’t want to shop online. Google lead me to box drop in Swannanoa. I made an appointment and was scheduled in for the next day, I am so happy with my purchase. It is exactly what I was looking for, this mattress is for my four year olds room. We put it on the floor Montessori style and I often have to pick it up to vacuum. It’s lightweight, it has a pillow top. I got great customer service, Melanie is extremely knowledgeable about mattresses, she was incredibly helpful. I got an excellent price and her and her husband help me tie it to my roof! Just got at home and it’s absolutely wonderful. So comfortable, I’m so happy with this purchase! I highly recommend this place and when ever we need a mattress I know where I’m going to go. Oh I almost forgot, this mattress is flippable- it’s double sided ! Tell me that’s not every parents dream! That will basically double the life of this mattress :) (and yes I use a mattress cover but those don’t always block everything especially with the wear and tear from toddlers)

Very detailed about all the information about each bed.worked with us with delivery in a very timely manner so we didn't have to wait very long. I would definitely recommend them for any bed purchase an pillows.

Went to the store on Sunday to try a few out and purchased my new mattress today. Wow what a difference! If you need a mateess, this is the place to go. No matter what you need. Big, small, adjustable, you name it, they got it. Customer service is a big deal to me. I want to be treated the way I treat others. Customer service is spot om here. And in today's economy, every penny counts. I've wanted an adjustable bed for years, but never could afford one. Many, many thanks to Madison at BoxDrop Asheville!! I needed two twin mattresses fast, and she had them in my house 24 hours after I picked them out in her showroom. Selecting the right mattresses was fast and easy because Madison showed me options in all price ranges, I tried them out, and made a decision in 10 or 15 minutes. The price point and simplicity was impressive, nothing like the experience at a traditional mattress store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re in need of a new mattress.

I would highly recommend buying a mattress from BoxDrop. Madison and her husband met me on a Sunday evening, as it was the only time I was available. They patiently explained the difference between each type of mattress, allowed me to test out the different types, and were flexible with the prices. They also helped put it on my car and offered me great recommendations for things to do in Asheville. All in all a wonderful experience.

After contacting 12 mattress stores in my area.. I found this Box drop the owner has the utmost customer service I have ever seen.. She took her time to answer every question I had and trust me there was several... Because of her customer service and her kind heart I chose to drove an hour away to get my bed because by far she had the best customer service and the best price.. After purchasing the bed we realize we don't have nothing to tie it down.. Her husband gracefully comes around the counter out to the truck the truck and ties down the mattress for me and my mother.. Best place to buy mattress best customer service best prices hands down.

Best mattress experience my husband and I have had in a long time. Owner was unknowable about his mattresses and super nice to work with. We bought a awesome new mattress and platform for our guest room and its much more comfortable that I thought it would be and I am picky!! highly recommended! We will be upgrading our bed and I plan to purchase ours here as well. Plus he loaded everything into our truck for us.
