I was very happy with the results from Allstate They kept in touch with me and kept me informed about everything. They would call just to make sure that everything was going well. Also to make sure we were alright or if we needed anything else. They took care of all the damages and cleaned up all the saved items and our clothes, curtains everything else. I could not believe how much they did for us. I would recommend Allstate to anyone who needs good insurance.

I am very happy with the service I received from this office. I moved from VA to NC and needed to get my insurance cancelled from AllState in VA and get a new policy in NC. This is agency did a wonderful job which relieved alot of stress I was already feeling because I had to get a new driver's license and reregister my truck. All of it went smoothly and I even saved ALOT of money. I highly recommend this office for your insurance needs.

A good Insurance Agency you never need to talk to, no problems, but a GREAT agency such as Cheek, steps up when issues arise. So when smeting comes up and you need a great team, the communication has been top notch and prompt. Excellent staff.

Terry & Co. have always been very helpful as my local insurance agents for car & home insurance. They are extremely reliable and have gone to bat for me a number of times through the years. Allstate is a huge company and my experience with corporate has not always been great, but these guys have always managed to iron out any kinks and help navigate any confusion. I don't always like Allstate, but I stick with them because I trust these agents to work for me.

Allstate has been my insurer for years and I have fortunately never had to utilize their services until recently. My windshield cracked after a rock flew out of a dump truck and hit us head on. One quick call to Allstate and my windshield was set up for replacement and fixed within days. The whole process was easy and didn't cost me anything. I am very thankful!

By far the most pleasant insurance company we have ever dealt with! Cheek provides us with all of our small business insurance which includes both of our service trucks. We went thru a major homeowners insurance claim earlier this year and the folks at the agency made the initial filing easy. Then the folks at Allstate handles everything as quickly as possible, worked well with our contractors and paid benefits quickly.

I have been with Cheek Insurance for approx 8yrs. I left another insurance provider to become an Allstate customer because they saved me a lot of money at that time. I’ve insured vehicles, a motorcycle, and renters insurance. I know have my auto policy and my homeowners insurance with them.
