We HIGHLY recommend The UPS Store on Tunnel Road. The support that we received from Josh and his team was vital to our successful relocation to the Netherlands. Their outstanding service was a great comfort to us.

The staff here is absolutely delightful. At times, owning & operating a small business can be a bit of a handful, but they're always so helpful. Label printing, scanning, faxing or shipping, they handle it all & exceptionally well. They're an intricate part of my business & I cannot thank them enough.

Noah is super, smart and passionate about mail! Everyone who works here is brave. Before leaving a bad review, maybe you should ask yourself if you’re jealous you aren’t them.

My name is Eric Morris and I own a residential painting company, Finish Coat Painting, here in Asheville. The colder months are considered the "slow season" for painters so I figured I needed to boost my marketing in order to keep myself and my team busy through the winter season. I decided that direct mail advertising would be a great starting point. I've never done direct mail advertising before so I was unsure of how it would go. Thankfully, Josh and his team did a great job going through the steps and made the journey pleasant and a success!! I look forward to working with them again in the furture!

I had to mail a very expensive painting to the UK and wanted the most reliable, albeit costly, option available. Josh and Tom were super helpful getting things sorted. I picked this location after reading the positive reviews and I'm glad I did. They offer the best customer service I've seen locally. I was glad to see the friendly staff moving quickly and courteously to keep the flow of customers moving.

I had two Amazon returns with labels. I went in and was out in less than 30 seconds. So refreshing! I’ll never ever go back to the mouth of hell that is Westgate. Thank you for the quick service.

Rachel is so helpful with such great energy. The young blonde girl. I think I got her name right. I have never met such a great and friendly staff at a shipping/postal store. A lot of the time for some reason they seem to not be that nice. She is the opposite. I asked to give her a tip for how impressive she was but she said she wasn't allowed to accept one so I am leaving this review. I rarely ever leave reviews but this one was well deserved!

Outstanding service! The difference in customer service between Tunnel Rd UPS and Westgate is like night and day. I can’t thank Josh enough for his ability to expedite our notary process while running the store on his own. Josh was courteous and patient with us in person and over the phone.

This has been "my UPS Store" for years. I've used them for print jobs, mailing packages, and more. And everyone on staff is so friendly and so helpful. I don't think I've had one bad experience here regardless of what I went in for, no matter the season, time of day, how busy they were, or their work conditions (a/c out on a stiffling day once, working in masks, etc.)! Great customer service all around!

The employees at this UPS store have given me stellar service in the past year plus when I have been working on a very complicated long-term project that required lots of complicated faxing, copying, and mailing (including valuable items). I look forward to each transaction there, and am thankful for their professionalism and excellent customer care.

I had a bit of a printing emergency for work and realized after placing the order online that the estimated time for my order to finish was past the deadline. I gave these folks a call and they were incredibly helpful! I was able to finish up the project and get it sent out well before the deadline because of their excellent customer service.

I travel twice as far to go to this specific UPS Store. These outfits are run by individual owners as part of the UPS franchise, and it shows. Some are great, some aren't. This spot is fantastic! Great customer service and uber fast. Worth the extra time every time!!

It was not a long wait, and both workers there were courteous and professional!

Sean was extremely kind and patient despite our getting there a few minutes before closing on Saturday. We returned a modem to spectrum and got some documents notarized. In the 10 minutes we were there (mostly filling out our own paperwork), Sean served four other people, giving calm instructions the whole time. It made our stressful day a little less stressful!
