North City Carrier Annex (No retail)

Evelyn was a HUGE help on the phone - friendly and speedy even though she had had a tough day. I couldn’t submit the online form to track down an undelivered package after multiple attempts, Evelyn had my problem solved in minutes! Very positive experience, an example of why I love the Postal Service.

A package of mine was supposedly attempted to be delivered, then tracking was updated that customer requested to have package held—which I did not. Now it only says it is waiting for pick up at a zip code, no address. Tried going to the post office with that zip code, to be told it was most likely at this branch. I have tried calling several times only for it to ring then a busy signal comes on.

My package was marked “No Such Number” and I called the main USPS customer service line who told me that there was a chance that this location is still holding the package. My address on the package was correct but missing the apartment number.

I called 8 times (no answer) and then went here to check. The person who helped me sounded like they didn’t want to be there and said “it’s my responsibility to make sure my address is correct” as if I had the power to make sure the merchant’s system is accurate.

In short, their customer service is not the best or at least when I went there today, the person there was clearly at their wits end with helping people.

If you come here expecting to be treated with a modicum of civility and politeness, you will leave feeling disappointed and emotionally abused. If you come here pretending you are on an episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm," you will leave with a treasure trove of hilarious stories to tell friends and family for years to come....

Hours on their phone voicemail are incorrect. Apparently it closes at 5pm on weekdays
