The UPS Store

Every experience I’ve had at this UPS store has been a great one! Every employee I’ve interacted with, whether it’s help with returns, mailing something out, or if I have an issue with something, they’ve always been very helpful in every way they can be. Any time I walk in, I am welcomed with a smile and 100% of their attention is focused on me and why I am there today.

I've noted that most of the bad reviews are from 2+ years ago. I've been coming to this UPS Store for a few years now and I've always had prompt and courteous service. Hopefully some good reviews will bring their rating up, because I don't think they deserve the current 2.9 rating. Possibly Google has a way to request a 'reset' on the rating, since the store is under new owners.

I have received friendly, efficient, and reliable service every time I go into the Ballinger Way NE UPS store. I am happy that I am greeted when I enter every time. Even waiting in line doesn’t take long.

As a working mom, I make a lot (like…a lot) of online purchases — which inevitably means I make a LOT of returns. I visit our neighborhood UPS store on a regular basis to make an obscene number of returns. No matter how many returns I have, I have ALWAYS been met with kind and expedient customer service. The staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. I don’t know what some of these bad reviews are talking about — as a VERY frequent customer, I am always 100% satisfied with my service at this UPS location. The customer experience I have here is head and shoulders above what I’ve experienced at other UPS stores in my area. 10/10 would recommend. It took me longer to type up this review than it took for the staff to help me with 15+ returns today. Thank you UPS, see you soon!

The Lake Ballinger UPS store is the best in Western WA! The staff are always super patient and helpful with my questions and concerns.

I have visited the store several times recently and each time the staff has been very patient (I'm not tech savvy) and helped me with everything. I could have gone closer to home but the staff here made me comfortable & didn't treat me like an idiot.

I was helped by Emily robbins and she provided us excellent service. I was at the store for color and regular copies as well as notary service, 10 mins before the notary services closes. Emily was very patient with us and quickly helped us out. For 3 notaries, 3 color copies and 8 regular copies, it costed me $32.20 which was excellent price.

Super efficient and awesomely convenient. I always use this store, it’s right on my way from work and they are always moving the customers through quickly and personably.

I was working on a large project. I need high quality color copies made and then bound into 18 books. I was on a deadline for the next day. I called and was quoted a time frame of under 2 hours. I was quoted a price of under $45.00. The person who helped me was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. All that being said, I really didn't expect all this to be possible. I took a gamble, dropped the order off at 3:30. Picked it up completed at 5:00. The books are beautiful! I can't say enough positive things about the staff, quality, and cost. I will recomend this place to everyone. So grateful!

Very easy and friendly every time I come in and short waits in the early mornings.

I have been shipping at this location for over 9 years. This the only UPS I ship from around the holidays and through out the year to my nieces and nephew. The store is locally owned by a family have lives in shoreline area. The owner is always friendly, organized and professional. He usually creates boxes for me and make sure that they are well packaged. My family in other states never says things opened or missing. Everything I ship usually arrives early or right on time in perfect order I shipped it in. I really appreciate this business and their hard working staff and truckdrivers. I appreciate having a local UPS store I can TRUST to send children's gifts for birthdays I can't be at. Thank you.

Brought in a few high end guitars that had to be shipped out and you guys were the only store with the box size I needed as these were large cases. I do not remember the employees name but very friendly and helpful guy that went above and beyond to ensure that my guitars were packaged properly and protected and securely taped up. Both guitars arrived at there destination flawlessly
