Graham was great, he is a one man show. It was reassuring to deal with the same person through the entire process. We had him refinish our old bathtub and a shower stall. Both look brand new. We are very happy with both jobs. So much easier and cheaper than ripping them out and replacing them. This is a perfect option if you want to refreah your bathrooms.

Graham was wonderful to work with. We had our cast iron tub refinished a little over five years ago by a different refinisher in the area. At that time I was bamboozled into accepting the glued on mat as an upgrade when in reality it was a significant downgrade that came with multiple problems. I had the glued on mat replaced and no matter what we did it lifted around the corners. We pulled out the mat, and the discoloration from the prior refinish showing the original porcelain finish under the mat was driving me crazy. In addition, there were a few pinhole rust spots that the prior refinisher did nothing to repair - he just glued down the mat on top of the original porcelain.

This is where I called Graham. Upon arriving at our house he quickly refinished the bottom, and it looks great. We will be using Graham for any refinishing needs in the future.

I had a great experience with Graham. He had no problem removing an old sealant and making my tub look new. The drain was also rusty and water pooled like a moat and he did a great job making it look brand new and with no moat. Finally, I was extra appreciative that he helped us remove and replace some undried grout that was improperly installed by our contractor. I definitely recommend Graham.

Amazing crack repair! We had a large crack in our one-piece shower. Graham was able to not only fix it, but add support to the bottom of the shower so it won't crack again and made it all look like nothing had happened. I will absolutely hire him again if this ever happens again.

Graham was professional and thorough during every step of refinishing our old clawfoot tub. He volunteered information and suggestions that we never would have thought of--extraordinarily helpful. Also: he was able to refinish the actual claw feet--something none of the other refinishers I talked to was able to do. Everything looks fantastic now, even better than new!

I got two bathtubs refinished, one by Graham and one by his near competitor in Seattle so I got a direct comparison. This is the guy you want to do your tub - it wasn't even close.

#1. Graham picks up his own phone
#2 He picked up after business hours when everyone else is rolled over to a service.
#3 He gave me quote over the phone, but after asking more about my project, gave me advice on how to possibly clean the tub based on what my problem was.

He wanted my business, but more so what is best for me in my situation.
That level of service and integrity is uncommon.

I will be making one call if I need resurfacing and that call will be to Graham.

It was a pleasure working with Graham, very professional and quick to respond to inquiries. He completed the work in my rental unit in a day (he's pretty busy so reserve a date early!). Attached photos were provided by Graham in a nice slideshow showing the results. Tremendous improvement over the original and for a great price. Highly recommend.

Awesome work all around and the team is easy to communicate with and schedule. We had 2 tubs done over 2 separate days and they came back a few days later for some touch-ups. End result is top notch!

I'm amazed at how much he really took the time to pay attention to detail, plus I love supporting locally owned and operated businesses!

Tried to get ahold of them 3 times, via there phone number. Even left detailed messages. No response.

All I can say, is that I had Graham let himself into one of my projects (gave him the code) He give us an estimate, promised us a date, only to sit outside the project this morning for 30 minutes saying that he couldn't get into the building? He then was upset when I called him 45 minutes later because he didn't have the code 😆

I guess you just can't teach common sense!
