Was personally contacted by the pharmacist to let me know that after 3 days of trying, they were able to get our insurance to cover the cost of my daughters medication and that I would be receiving a refund. I am super impressed with their service! Thank you!

I've never been IN this pharmacy but my daughter's dermatologist sent a prescription to them. My daughter is away at college so the medication has to be shipped. It was our first time using this pharmacy so there was some issue confirming the insurance so the prescription could be filled and shipped. Of course, any time you're dealing with insurance stuff it can be a pain! But when I called, I spoke with Jennifer and she took the time to figure it all out for me. I have to say she was one of the most friendly, professional and helpful people ever! I will definitely use this pharmacy again. Thank you Jennifer!

Very impressed with their service. I needed a prescription filled quickly before leaving town and they took care of it in 5 minutes with the amount they had on hand. Additionally, they delivered the remaining prescription to my home waiting for me when I returned from out of town. Excellent service!

Starcare is a life saver!!!! Their prescription costs are unbeatable! I usually use CVS as my pharmacy, but I’m making the switch today to Starcare. I saved over $100 on just one prescription. The customer service was good and pick up was easy.

StarCare Pharmacy is a gem! I had a prescription for my son that was denied by our insurance company when submitted by another pharmacy. The prescription was transferred to StarCare and Lavina worked magic! I told her what happened the first go around and she said "ma'am, just give me a chance to see if I can get it approved." Of course I said yes and the next thing I know, I receive a call from Lavina saying it was approved and would only cost me $10 - as opposed to the original cost of $130. Lavina was thorough, responsive and incredibly easy to work with. I've always gone to the big pharmacy retailers. Not anymore. I appreciate the focus on customer satisfaction StarCare provided. Try them...you will not be disappointed!

Got a text from StarCare indicating my CC payment did not go through. Forgot the card I used to set up the account was replaced. The call was quick and courteous. The Agent also took the time to remove the old card info and replace it so I would not have the same issue next time. I appreciate that "Forward Resolve" mentality! It you'd like text reminders when refill are due vs. keeping up with it on your own AND if you'd like those refills delivered to your door vs. having to call your
pharmacy and then drive there, StarCare is the pharmacy for you!

My daughter has sensory issues and panic attacks, and she is terrified of shots.
Our experience here was totally positive, our nurse knew just how to calm her down and make it quick and painless.

I was recommended by my dermatologist. I don’t like change but I love that they do delivery system! Very easy process. They even provided me a chapstick as a free gift with the medication I’m taking. So sweet!

Wonderful, caring and dedicated people. Loneena worked with me throughout the day to get eye steroid at a reduced price. She even stayed late so I could pick up the prescription after hours.

The pharmacist Vera provided the best customer service I could ever ask for from a pharmacist! She worked with my doctor and my insurance company to find the most effective product at the most affordable price. StarCare was able to provide me a cheaper price than the other specialty pharmacy I used to go to. Vera communicated with me every step of the way so I knew what was going on. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Intelligent staff, very easy to deal with !!!!

I recently changed my Pharmacy to StarCare. Thought giving a try and move to local pharmacy instead of the branded one. They treat each one of their customers like their own family. Their staff finds the best coupon or rates for you, they also compare the price with your insurance and local coupons like GoodRx and match the price. Their technicians - Loveena is very easy to deal with. She understands your need very well. Pharmacy Manager - Veera is always ready to explain if you have any questions. Delivery to your door is added benefit.

Our dermatologist recommended we check with StarCare. Since Walgreens was closer, we went there first. We had manufacturer coupons the doctor gave us for the prescriptions. (Pay maximum of $25). We also have insurance. Walgreens claimed the prescription would still be $426 for one and $600 for other after coupons and insurance. (For cleanser and creams!) Called StarCare. We only had to send them copies of prescription, insurance, and coupons. They honored the prices AND delivered. The staff was super-friendly and responded quickly to emails. I highly recommend this pharmacy because they have great prices and awesome service!

I had a charge from StarCare for my mom's Rxs that showed up on our bank account that I was not expecting. I called and talked with a customer service representative and she took care of the situation for future Rxs. She even took time to review each Rx and OTC items and the cost. I would recommend StarCare Pharmacy to anyone that is looking for a pharmacy!!

we really like this pharmacy. It has the feel of a neighborhood business, and they are considerate, professional, and service oriented. It is a nice contrast to the impersonal chain pharmacies I was used to.

I can't believe how amazing not only the service was but their pricing was unbelievable. My son doesn't have insurance which they quoted me $25 when Walgreens was $150 for the same medication...AND THEY DELIVER @ NO CHARGE!!!
