Kroger Marketplace

Great market! Wonderful selection in pretty much everything, especially the deli/bakery side of the store. Lots of options to choose from with pre-made meals that have been freshly made. Even the floral and plant selection is better than most. The Starbucks is always helpful, too.

Got a coffee with my wife, and a gift card from Starbucks. Paid for our son's Birthday card at the main store self-service checkout while the coffee was being prepared.

Kroger coming back strong with their new locations, they’re cleaner, much more organized. Feels like a whole foods store. Starbucks, sushi bar for quick fresh meals, bakery, deli, etc. to money orders and western union services. Many Quick checkout stations makes it easier and less time to cash out. Friendly staff.

This is s great store! I love how clean it is, the layout is very friendly and the people are so friendly and helpful! The produce department is AMAZING! It's always clean, well organized with great selection and the food is great quality. The staff in the produce department is so helpful, too! I love the old-school checkouts where you don't have to unload your stuff from the cart before the checker scans it and my kids LOVE the penny horse rides after we check out! Nicely done, Kroger! I actually pass 3 other Kroger's to shop in the store. Keep up the great work!

Wow. A grocery store chain that sells clothes? This place is super nice. I thought I was in an upscale Walmart for a second, then I realized the clean floors and nice staff.

They had a good clearance section as well.

I think I found a new Kroger to go to as their produce was better than the Kroger on Frisco off of Preston.

I have to say HANDS DOWN to Maria D. and Janie, the employees of Kroger store at 1250 N. Preston Rd. Prosper, TX 75078.
The store was packed, there were endless lines to the registers and I needed to return some bad items and there was no one in the customer service to assist me….log story short: I’ve waited for 20 minutes till Maria D and Janie assisted me (even though it wasn’t their job. They were extremely friendly and service oriented. Too bad the store is short of staff.
I think they should be praised for their great work…the store was so crazy busy and they functioned amazingly.

The deli staff is always very helpful! The store is always busy but is kept organized and clean. They have a wide variety of anything you are looking for. Salad bar, sandwich, chicken and pastas all look fresh each time I have visited.

I am not only a big fan of this Kroger, but I’m also a big fan of this Kroger’s ClickList. I tried it for the first time over the weekend and I’ve never had a better shopping experience. It’s

Into your Kroger account, pick out what you want, pick out a time, and then during the time you picked out you go pick up your groceries. The ClickList employees come up to your car and ask you about substitutions and you can either accept or decline them. Then they load up the groceries into your car and off you go. Some helpful things that I didn’t know before I went:
1. ClickList usually has a $4.95 fee, but it’s free for the first 3 tines. So make it worth your trip and don’t use it for small orders!
2. You can’t tip the workers, for their safety, i was told.
3. They don’t charge your card until the groceries are loaded up in your car, but you must pay with a credit or debit card.
I really enjoyed this service. Also another worry that might cross your mind is are the shippers going to pick good, fresh food out? I will tell you that my meat was cut fresh from the deli, my produce was also perfect. I highly recommend. The whole process took about 10 minutes.

We moved from San Antonio last year. We were surprised with the produce, bakery, etc. I have been shopping in bakery-deli area & the manager has asked if I needed help.twice. I am using pickup now & everyone is friendly & helpful. Had a small problem and talked to Dennis & Andre. They had a small refund for a minor problem. Dennis brought it to my house! Excellent service.

Well stocked with the typical Kroger groceries, along with a great selection of clothing and summer time (pool) items. Friendly staff. Only issue is the slant of the parking lot which has caused several unattended carts to go flying.

I was at this Kroger recently picking up a order I had gotten online. I couldn't help but tip my delivery man. His name was Alex, I was astonished by the quickness and the respect given during the transaction. I will 100% order from here again.

My wife stopped at your store today at noon to buy some lettuce. She was assisted by one of your employee's named Jeff. He helped her find the freshest lettuce she has ever been able to buy Jeff's courtesy and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Employees such as Jeff make us want to return to the Kroger Marketplace to do our grocery shopping.

Always love shopping at this Kroger. Everything is fresh. Employees are friendly and they offer great sales all the time. Another advantage is to have coupons loaded on their app and not have to keep up with them.

I love going to this market to shop. The produce is fresh, and the associates restocking all day. They have everything I am looking for. I have to drive an hour and thirty minutes to get there. I can't afford to do that every week but about every three weeks. I stock up on all that freshness as much as I can.
