I highly recommend using The Body Shop for any repair needs! The staff is extremely helpful and got me a quote on a walk in whereas other shops were going to take weeks. The process from start to finish was very smooth due to their expertise. They did an amazing job on the repair and the car came out looking better than ever!

WOW, talk about amazing. My vehicle was in the day after my initial call and finished by the end of the day. Repair was perfect and they even washed and vacuumed my car! I have never had a auto repair shop go above and beyond to this degree. They will always get my business. Thanks to Angel and Lee you were great to work with.

I had damage to my front bumper late Wednesday night on October 25th because the heavy rains had washed out huge chunks of the road at highway 380 and Hollyhock. Longo Toyota referred me to The Body Shop the next morning. Lee was super kind on the phone and told me to bring my car in right away so he could assess the damage. To my great surprise, he was able to fix everything immediately! He and Angel are so understanding and considerate. They are truly angels living on this earth. Thank you very much!

What a nice group of people!! I was told I could go to this body shop for my repairs(Toyota does not do body work at the location I went to). I called and went in. I actually spoke with the owner. They made me an appt to go in for my repairs in 2 weeks. The owner was very nice and helpful. His daughter Angel made the appt and they both made me feel great about using them for my repairs!

The Body Shop in Prosper has proved itself now twice to be an excellent honest business! Two years ago, I brought in a truck to estimate the repair cost; they could have sold me a brand new tailgate and charged me painting, etc. though they said due to the circumstances, it wasn’t recommended to do the repair. This honest evaluation was free! Recently, I brought in a car with a smashed bumper and was quoted by two other body shops over $1000! Lee Gibson said, do you have a few minutes and took my car and brought it back completely fixed and yes, for free! You just don’t find honesty like this very often these days!

I was referred to The Body Shop Collision Repair by my service advisor at Longo Toyota. I went one evening prior to closing to obtain an estimate and Lee Gibson immediately looked at my vehicle and provided quotes. He completed the work the same evening . Lee Gibson is very professional and knowledgeable, I would allow The Body Shop to do further work on my vehicle if needed and definitely refer to family and friends.

They worked on my car and did really awesome work but, that's not even the best part about the people here! I had a driver drive into my car and i went up there to ask them questions and they even knew i wasn't going to bring them the car but they gave me the best advice even though it was NOT IN their benefit. That level of honesty and going that extra mile... wow just wow... they definitely have my business and you should give them a call.

I cannot express how happy I am with this place. From the time I called and Angela picked up the phone to Randy talking me through the work being done and progress of car. Everyone was so nice, and it was finished a lot sooner than expected . Looks brand new. I will recommend them to any and everyone I know that needs car body repair.

My car went in dirty and damaged and came out cleaned, polished and beautiful repaired job. The paint color matched was amazing for a 10 years old burnt orange color. Had my car fixed here about a month ago, and a few days after getting it back I bumped into a car. I brought my car back to get an estimate on the fix and Lee asked if I had a few minutes to spare. He brought my car back and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE, took about 15min. My car is back to new and I highly recommend this place, I'm so thankful he took the time out of his day to do this! Any other place would've charged me an arm and a leg!

Lee Gibson was very helpful. I went in thinking that my car would require some paint Job. However, Lee was extremely honest and told us that a simple wiping of it with some solutions he used might fix the problem and it did. He did spend good 5 to 10mins for this. However, when asked for the charges, he refused to accept any. Despite our repeated ask, he refused to change us for the work. Amazing staff. Extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I have been so impressed with The Body Shop from start to finish! My initial evaluation was easy and seamless (Thank you Mike!) Angel handled my case with ease explaining every step along the way. She never hesitated to explain how insurance works or the rental car or anything else I had questions about. Lee, my service advisor was punctual, never complained about me calling, and always answered my phone calls or called me right back. Having never been in an accident, I was not sure of what to expect. They dealt with the insurance agency, handled my rental car, and were there every step of the way! I hope no one ever has to get their car fixed, but if you do, this is the place to go to handle all your car care needs! I have been SO impressed. By the end of my experience there, it felt like leaving close friends at the door. And my car was shiny clean too… detailed, vacuumed, and in pristine condition. They were fabulous!!!!

This review is much deserved and a bit late...Lee is the BEST! Lee made me feel as if we'd been friends forever. I was visiting the Dallas area when an unfortunate event happened. It was raining that day, I hydroplaned and had a single car accident in Little Elm. Lee fit me in. Helped me with communicating with my car insurance, which I really appreciated! The shop made my car look brand new! I'm so happy with the job the shop did. I will definitely use them again!
