Store was very clean and found what I needed. The ladies working fitting room were wonderful in helping me find my lost husband lol.

I had the best experience ever today at Kohls in Prosper TX. Karlene, an associate, went above and beyond to help my husband find pair of pants. She approached us with a genuine small on her face and was eager to help! I will go back to this location because of her. Thank You, Karlene!

I like Kohl’s store located at prosper TX. It is very neat, good customer services and it is easy to locate merchandise.

Nice store. Good location. Went in for a sterling silver chain for necklace that broke. Was surprised they didn't have jewelry counter area like other stores. They had a jewelry area that was very limited but did find a locked case with a few Sterling silver chains. Was happy I found what I needed.

Great service from Mj and Laneisha! It’s close to closing time and we’re so nice and still found a way to be sweet and engaging and got me to smile and chat though I was in a gloomy mood,

Last time we were at Kohl's I asked your customer service representative, Karlene, about a clothing item. Despite my protests she dropped what she was busy doing and took us over to the section we were looking for. Her customer service and kindness were noteworthy but because the sizes we were looking for were not in stock I was unable to fill out this survey although I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with Kohl's customer service trying to do it. This week, August 11th, my wife and I were again shopping at Kohl's and I contacted a service representative who was again so helpful and kind that In was suprised until I realized it was Karlene. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and friendliness were again noteworthy but this time we made a purchase so I was able to fill a survey out. I am only sorry I was unable to compliment her on our first inter-action. On an honorary mention, our cashier, Ariel, was so friendly, helpful, and diligent in helping is with our purchase and how to get the best value from our purchase that I was again totally impressed by her knowledge and service.

We went to kohls in Prosper Tx to find a dress for my daughters first school dance. We were greeted by Isabella. She was absolutely amazing. She helped us find a dress, shoes and earrings. When we couldn’t find a bracelet small enough for my daughters arm. Isabella took her own bracelet off and gave it to Serenity. Isabella is by far the best salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping with. She made us lifetime customers

I love this store! LaNeishea the assistant manager always greets me with a big smile and hello. She is always working the front checkout and is so patient and kind to her customers. I will continue shopping at this store mostly because of great customer service like LaNeishea!

Darlene was so sweet I had gotten to the register and couldn't find my phone so I went back to bedding and she said do you want me to call it I said could you. It was 3 aisles over THANK YOU Darlene for going above and beyond tell your boss I said you deserve a raise. She's great at her job and so is La'Neishea we are both from Oklahoma. Both have great personalities. She's helped me with my new shoes I bought. I saw nothing but HARD WORK while I was in the store everyone busy doing what they should. I was in customer service 34 years and trust me you either have a knack for it or you don't. I've been called the King of customer service thousands of times. Mark from Oklahoma and Texas. GIVE THESE LADIES A PAT ON THE BACK AND A RAISE AND BUY THEM LUNCH. YOU'VE GOT A GREAT TEAM THERE!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Kohl's thanks to Fahima, one of the cashiers. From the moment I approached the counter, her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel valued. She had exceptional knowledge of Kohl's rewards system and guided me through it effortlessly. Fahima's attentiveness and genuine concern for my needs enhanced my overall shopping experience. Excellent staff with friendly and helpful staff, you can get what you want and check them out in fitting rooms before you go to checkout counters.

I've shopped at this Kohls location a few times and Ms. Ellery has always been kind and provides excellent customer service! She is always happy and it shows that she is happy to work there.

This store is beautiful, everything is so emaculent. You could literally eat off the floor. The staff is wonderful. One gentleman walked around with me to help find the clearance section. One particular size of pants I liked were on back order. The manager and lady named Tameka were so generous. They showed me how to use the Kholes app and check to online for another location that may have them. I found some other pants in store that were perfect. Tameka was just so wonderful. She really is an anchor and an asset to this store. I felt so comfortable and welcomed the entire visit. Five stars forsure. Thank you so much.
