I had to have her change my policy about 5 times because my new apartment was complicated on what they wanted on the policy. I had a fairly complex situation, as I was wanting to make some changes to my policies in the middle of a renewal cycle., and making changes to my pay plans, etc. As I have worked in the INS biz myself, I realize some agents are more attentive & thorough than others. She took a great deal of time explaining the moving parts & all of my options, as well as running through a few different possible change scenarios. Truly some of the most exceptional customer service I've ever received & she was extremely polite & professional in helping me answer all my questions, even reduced my premium a bit more as well! Erica is exceptionally good at explaining the ins and outs of every line item. She is very patience. Would certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for new policy. I switched my auto from Progressive and it was considerably cheaper and better. My home policy was thru Hippo Insurance and I switched to Farmers. Overall I saved money and now I have a Farmers Agent on my side!
