Rick and his team do an exceptional job at meeting all of my insurance needs, and often times at a moments notice. For example. last week when I purchased a new vehicle, all I had to do was text the office and tell them I was in the process of signing the paperwork for the sale, and my the time I was done with that, my new insurance cards had arrived via email for the new vehicle. I have used Rick Scordo for all of my insurance lines (i.e. homeowners, landlord and recreational, personal and work vehicles). He is always there to help and actually cares about his clients. When my water heaters broke in the attic and made the ceiling in my kitchen look like it was raining. He advised me who to call for restoration who would work with my insurance carrier. This allowed me to get an appointment even though it was the day after a major Tornado incident.
