The Ivy Vine Preschool

My daughter has been attending Ivy Vine for just over a year and a half and we can’t say enough good things about them! All the teachers she has had have been very loving and supportive of her growth. The owner/director is constantly making updates to improve the children’s experience and all of the staff respond quickly if I send communication throughout the day. They also make an effort to include parents in activities like reading to the class and seasonal events which is much appreciated. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a safe, loving and educational program for your young children!

We started at Ivy Vine at the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year and have really enjoyed it. The focus on outdoor time and small size of the school were two of the major reasons why we chose it. We’ve loved the additional activities throughout the year like the Halloween parade and Christmas Carnival, and appreciate the chance to be involved in some of the activities. They continue to make the school an even better place and it definitely shows!

Ms Charneissa’s and teacher assistant Ms Alicia is horrible. I had my child in the Pre-k class it started off with my daughter needing help to wipe after using the restroom my daughter said she was calling and calling and no one helped her finally came out and Ms Charneissa told her that she should know how to do that already since she’s 4. Then later on my daughter told me that they do not let them talk during lunch time on top of the “quiet time” so 1 hour of absolutely no talking or Ms Alicia starts yelling at them to be quiet. Very disappointed in the daycare. Mrs Jennifer on the other hand is amazing at being the director very nice but unfortunately does not believe the parents. So if you send your children to the Pre-k class with those teachers please stay involved.
