The staff and pharmacists always go above and beyond for me. They always have my meds ready as fast as possible. They are truly kind people and are caring unlike many big brand places. I love them!

Great communication. Love the ability to text in real time with pharmacist/ staff about my medications and Rx because phone calls are not always convenient or private. Have been helpful and proactive in order to make sure my monthly medication, which is always on shortage, is in stock and refilled on time. I'm glad I found them!

I have NEVER given a pharmacy a review before because honestly most are just inept and bad😱. I have CHRONIC illnesses and need many medications on a timely basis. Moved to Texas 2 years ago and went to Walgreens only because a certain medicine I needed they had, it was close and open 24 hours. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Long lines, stupid employees, lost, messed up, delayed my meds EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I found this pharmacy which is AMAZING. The pharmacist recognized me after one visit. Greets me by name. WOW! Also he ALWAYS has what I need. He also knows which drugs are in scarce supply and will order early if you remind him. Filled 6 meds for me in 10 minutes. Also they talk to me and seem to genuinely care about my health. Makes me feel like a family member and you can’t pay for that. ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Just came from this place. I asked if they took Good Rx coupons. When I was told no I got nervous wondering how much it would cost me. When she told me the price it was one third the price of good rx!
I'm sure it varies from one prescription to another but that was enough to convince me I have a new Pharmacy!
Customer service was excellent as well!

Apollo Pharmacy provides amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to assist their clients. They’ve also been one of the only locations to provide antibiotics and other various medications that have been on backorder at other pharmacy’s.

When my insurance changed and I found out BCBS is not accepted at CVS, I was in a panic to find a new pharmacy. I didn't want another big chain pharmacy. After reading the reviews on Apollo Pharmacy I decided to give them a try.

That was a smart choice on my part! Their staff is so wonderful. They are so helpful.

Absolutely love the team here! When I call or just walk in they know me by name. They always have my medicine ready and check me out quickly. We always end up having a friendly conversation as well. Very informative & and always makes sure they order one of my meds from a specific company. I highly recommend this pharmacy with extra special service with a great smile to add!!

Apollo Pharmacy has been our go to family pharmacy in McKinney!! After dealing with corporate pharmacies, we were tired of being constantly disappointed with the customer service, numerous mistakes and impersonal feel; Our Family made the switch over to Apollo Pharmacy and have not had a single problem since!! They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and THEY CALL US when it's time to refill!!! They also deliver which is so convenient. We can't compliment or thank this buisness and it's employees enough!

Switching to Apollo was the best decision I have made - I wish I'd made the transfer sooner. I've never had to request my refills, they are always ready for me. I love that they know who I am when I walk in the door and they grab my prescriptions off the rack before I can make it to the counter. They helped me avoid a difficult pre-authorization on a script by telling me about another option that I had no idea was possible. It saved me so much time and I didn't have to go for days without my meds. The large nationwide chain across the street NEVER had one of my scripts in the store even tho I requested that same medication every single month; I always had to wait a week for them to order it/have it available. I've only had to wait one time at Apollo for them to order that same medication (my first visit) and it was ready for me to pick up the next day! I know with their attention to detail and commitment to their patients, I am in wonderful hands. Thank you Apollo! I found my pharmacy ☺

This pharmacy was able to supply my medicine when most other pharmacies couldn't. It's locally owned and has great customer service. Would rate a 10 out of 10!!!

This was the best experience..I could not find my medicine anyway it was a national wide shortage but Apollo pharmacy not only had it but made special arrangements to meet me because I live several miles away... They were a lifesaver.
