The UPS Store

I'm a customer since they opened. Have always had a great experience. I drop off packages for a business and also for Amazon returns. Have always been treated courteously and promptly. When there is a long line, there are usually 3 people at the desks helping. Never any issues. Wouldn't have even thought of leaving a review until I saw their 3.6 star rating. That's unfair! I'm sure that vast majority people like me who receive the service they need and expect don't think of writing a review. Only the people who are angry about something, which must be 2 in 10.

I had a wonderful experience. First time coming to this location. Everyone was so sweet and helpful despite being super busy. I came in with a smile and left with an even bigger smile 😁

Enjoying doing business with this location. They have always been professional and willing to answer any and all questions. They seem happy to have my business. They are much better than some of the other locations 😀

they have ALWAYS gotten my package to its intended destination. USPS and FEDEX and other companies I've used have not.

The dudes are awesome. They hooked me up on an amazing last minute printing, laminate and binding job!

This has been my UPS store since we moved to McKinney nearly 4 years ago. There has not been one bad experience. As a matter of fact, I've not had one, less than superb experience. Every staff member who has helped me has been kind, professional, and very helpful with cost-effective shipping.

They treat me well, treat my packages with great care, and my packages are always promptly shipped.

Have been to location several times and even when the places is crazy busy. Victor has always greeted us, thanked us for stopping and looks forward to seeing us next time. Awesome to know great service exist in McKinney businesses.

Three men working and never stopped helping customers. I spent almost 15 minutes getting prints, notary and mailed. The manager helped me and took care of at least three other people at the same time. Never missed a beat.

Brought in an Amazon return and didn't realize I'd need the shipping box that wouldn't fit in my car. Read the instructions and returned with the box broken down expecting to put it together. Very friendly staff said she'd take care of it. It's the little things that will make me pass by their competition and drive further for my non-Amazon needs.

We always have great service at this location, but today was above and beyond. We dropped items off to ship and later realized we were missing an item. We called to see if it was left in the package we dropped off and they took the time to find the package and found the missing item. They were super friendly, fast, and resolved the missing item for us.

Saved the day!

Employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in a timely manner.

All the UPS store all over the world just require you to show the qr code and you can return the stuff to amazon. This UPS store in particular wants me to pack the stuff then print the label and then only can it send those stuff back to amazon. And the weird thing is it wasn’t like that 3 days ago now all of a sudden they haphazardly made this rule.
Addendum: Turns out I was trying to return third party seller item and the guy in another UPS store in Adriatica explained it to me. Hence I am changing my stars to reflect this because i might have reviewed this store in anger.

Hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had at a mailing service store. The kindness and professionalism shown by Lori and her staff have quickly made this my got to destination for anything I need shipped.

I! Nathan is always smiling. I always come in with a ton of Amazon returns and they never frown!! Highly recommend this wonderful neighborhood store!
