Visited McKinney a few years ago, our little dog needed his nails trimmed so we checked online.
The reviews were good, so we stopped in to get them done.
They were friendly and got us in right away (we only waited about 5 minutes)
Recently we relocated here, so we had to have a groomer to get our dogs nails trimmed regularly.
PSP was our choice because of our past experience.
We'd recommend this place to anyone who might need a one stop place for your pets needs.

Thank you to Ian, who helped our rescue so much today ! Had 6 heavy Pyrenees pups, over 40+ pounds each, and he was so helpful to us loading/unloading and getting us in there to bathe. Ian you have 2 devoted fans who will now be new customers to your store!

Our go-to place for cat toys, cat food, and cat treats! The workers here are always very friendly and helpful to us! Check their Facebook page for deals and coupons. Typically, every weekend they run some sort of coupon or promotion and you can save some money with a percentage or dollar amount off your purchase.

Got a puppy not too long ago (this was my first dog). Have to say Zoe, Nathalia and Emily were super patient and helpful in getting my dog and I set up for success. Very polite, helpful, and totally made me a fan of this store and the value the employees offer. Good job ladies!

She is very calm and enjoys her baths here. All supplies are provided. Place is very clean. Stuff very friendly and profesional with a great sense of humor for “ singing” shepherd/ husky
And my dog doesn’t get air dryer blown in her face like other places

Smaller than big box stores but has what you need for your pets. I first discovered this store buying crickets and worms for our beardie and noticed they had a self service dog bath. My puppy got into a yard with fleas and we didn't have a water hose or anything to bathe him in. We were able to get him cleaned thoroughly with access to 4 different shampoos. They had oatmeal shampoo for his sensitive skin. We combed him and washed the fleas away and and got him dried off with the dryer and the provided towels. Such an awesome experience. While we were leaving a kid that worked there was already refilling shampoos and cleaning the areas. When we arrived one of the sinks was full of hair and a worker asked if he could clean it for us when he really didn't have to as there were 3 other sinks available. I will definitely be back.

The team members are very helpful, and the store is well stocked with my dog’s favorite food and treats.

I actually really like this place the staff is very friendly and always down to help. Have bought all my fish supplies and some of my fish from here. Always got a good variety and it may not be the best for fish but for me to pick up what I need and her pinch This is a better spot than say somewhere like Petco.

Second time to have my Goldendoodle groomed by Ms.Diane...she does a great job, is supper kind and gentle with my Charlie Boy

Took our dogs out to get a bath. The facilities were very clean, and provided towels and soap. While they are not fans of bath time, they were more than happy to roam the store for treats and toys!

Highly recommend for grooming! They love our dog, and handle his personality so well, while consistently grooming him perfectly every time.

Very pleased over and over again. I have become a regular shopper here for all my pet needs. With a cat and a dog I visit regularly. I've done online orders and shopped in store on multiple occasions. Never have I experienced a single issue with any trip.

Most recently, I was picking up several items including a large box of cat litter. Since I was pushing a stroller it made it difficult to handle the larger box. Before I even had to ask a team member was asking if they could help. They carried the large container to the front, rang up the items, and then carried the box out to my car for me. My experience couldn't have been better. Friendly and attentive team members are the difference between standard service and excellent service.

Pricing is fair and relative to competitors. If you join their rewards program they will occasionally send out substantial discount coupons off online orders etc.

Great local pet store. I love the dog treats that they have here. They have some awesome natural products like cow hoves and chicken feet that my dogs love!! I also love their dog shampoo and make sure to get a few bottles everytime I run low. Get place to go if you in this area

Paid for the self wash service and was very pleased everything was clean.

Ian and Drake are awesome. Ian is always helpful with anything anytime we come in. Whether it’s finding something, an online order, advice, a price match, you name it…he’s helping you. Drake…bless him. He’s been so helpful with my boyfriend and I with our fish tanks. We didn’t know the process of cycling when we first started and he’s been awesome with helping us. We finally have them cycled thanks to his advice. Shout out to those two.
