10 gold stars! I drive 50 min one way to come to this specific compounding pharmacy. The brilliance is unmatched, as is their patient care. I wish more healthcare providers were this amazing!!

I have been using Pharma Plus Pharmacy for almost 4 years now. They do an outstanding job and truly make their customers feel valued. I recently moved to North Dallas but I continue to use them since they have a delivery service. When I am in the McKinney area and arrange to pick up, I almost always get same day refills on my prescriptions and never have to wait. Hands down the best pharmacy experience I've ever had!

Very helpful and quick! Even when I didn’t call in the prescription prior to arriving, I’ve never had to wait more than 5mins. So much faster than any larger pharmacy around! AND they offer snacks while you wait! You can also have your prescriptions shipped directly to your house.

This pharmacy works non-stop to take of their customers! My family has used them for years and never had an issue! Always the same smiling faces.

Customer service way above all other pharmacies. They took my call today right before closing on a house weekend. I was able to speak with the pharmacist who quickly looked at my record, and he stayed open until I could get there! I appreciate being treated like a person by a pharmacy that values their patients.

The pharmacist and staff here are very helpful and efficient. They always find coupons and programs to help reduce my out of pocket expenses and are great at communicating about my prescription status.

Used to charge $300 for my kids lotion unless we had a coupon that made it only $80. This fall they raised the price of the same prescription lotion to $4000 for a smaller bottle. Our insurance paid it once but won't pay it again. Then the pharmacy staff tells us we can pay $4000 for the same small bottle they charged our insurance company $4000 for or we can pay same price for the bigger bottle. But they won't give us another smaller bottle free to replace what we would have gotten at the same price had they asked us if we wanted the larger bottle last time.

Tried to get hired here, I drove all the way to McKinney from farmers Branch 40 minutes there 40 minutes back, I was told after the interview that I would receive a response over the weekend from the doctor that works here and he never responded nor has he reached out since the interview letting me know if I got the job or not , the least they could have done was reached out and said we did not offer you the job we decided to go with other candidates no I never got a response got ignored it was a waste of gas , a waste of time clearly smh I drove here for literally nothing I didn't want to come to Google to leave a review but I had to how I was treated was unfair if you are looking for a job this is not the place to look for one do not waste your time and gas

Worst experience ever! This place over charges you. Horrible customer service. Disorganized and forgets to include your prescription label with their order. Don't use this place!!
