Great practice focused on serving pets and their owners. Comfy cozy waiting area with cute pet art and comfy patio furniture to sit on. I did not have to wait on my appt. We recently moved here and they were recommended on Nextdoor. Aggie vets and excellent care. My dog got his shots, exam and medicines needed for eye infection. Red is a senior 13 yr old rescue and they handled him so gently! I was very impressed.

What an excellent group. The doctors and staff got my family through the last day of our precious dog Pepper. They were so empathetic and respectful of us and our dog. Her last moments were spent receiving love and comfort.
I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism when it comes to making this difficult decision and making it as painless as possible. I cannot thank them enough, but I will be going there for all my future veterinary needs!

Dr. Sue Chastain is exceptionally gifted and provides wonderful care to our cats who have multiple challenging conditions (stomatitis, heart disease, and IBD). She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her patients. We firmly believe Dr. Sue has bought our Lola many additional years of life, and a quality life at that, and we are immensely grateful for her.

Chastain Med Group has been such a WONDERFUL vet for my animals. They’re very transparent with pricing and your options with getting treatment and things that might not be necessary. They’ve taken great care of my dog (from first puppy vaccinations) and three cats.

Such a great homey feel, i really feel like party of the community there every time I come.

We love Chastain! We started off at the Dallas location and transferred to Mckinney over 3 years ago. Everyone in the clinic is so great and friendly.

I take my babies here and every1 is great and friendly. When I move, im gonna try 2 come back since Dr Sam and Dr Mari know my babies and also Dr Sue.

The staff is just great from the Dr's down. Everyone plays their part to ensure your pet, in this case Apollo, (spoiled) is taken care of as if he was home snuggled up with you. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to our families friend(s). I have live in Dallas 30 years, seen many Vets and I can say without a doubt Chastain will be my last. Give them a try, they will not disappoint. They have boarding and a groomer as well.

I absolutely recommend this vet clinic - their prices are excellent, and the service is too! You can tell how they value their animal patients health, and their human customers happiness. I took my young puppy in due to sickness, and they were so helpful. I appreciated the way the vet (Dr. Mari) was so kind to my young son too. We also saw Dr. Samantha later and she was excellent too. They have done a great job and earned our business from now on! They do seem very busy which I think is a *good* sign, obviously others are happy too!

This clinic is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, educated, understanding and kind. Their pricing is reasonable especially considering what other practices will charge. It's always clean every time we come. We've brought all of our dogs here and I've brought my cat here. We will continue to go here and reccomend this to all pet owners. They are extremely thorough. My old dog was euthanized here because she was suffering greatly. The process was very quick and the staff made it as comfortable as possible. They allowed her bed to be brought in with her and we were seen in minutes. It was very tough to let her go but the people here at Chastain were incredible and allowed us as much time as we needed with her. They explained everything they would do and were doing and what to expect. I believe they provided the most peaceful passing for our dog anyone could offer.

I have been bringing my pups here for a over a year. I was impressed first with their early and late hours of service, and speed in which they have been willing to see both my dogs. I have older dogs 8 and 11 and unfortunately with age comes health issues. Personally I have found all the Doctors to be mindful of prices, best procedures, and very hands on treatment. All of the staff is amazingly friendly - from the moment you walk in and are greeted, to the techs, doctors, boarding etc. I now go to them not only for veterinary services but grooming and boarding.

We've been coming here for years! They'll treat your animal babies like their own. They all know our dog's name and love on him. They have water available while you wait, which is never a long time, actually neither me nor my husband ever even had to wait in all the years we've been coming here. We've been with them through the death of one of our furry babies, and surgeries, skin conditions, ear infections and more with the other. We feel safe boarding our pup here and getting him groomed. We love them!

Was goin outta town 3/24 - 3/26 and I needed 2 board my diabetic cat. Everyone did such a great job, im so thankful. Will b comin back 2 do this again n June 😺

This group really cares about the well-being of your pet. The entire staff is so kind, friendly, and considerate. The Vets know their stuff. My Schnauzer Sloan is so much better after visiting them. I highly recommend

Our new kittens were very sick and so I called to try to get in that day (a Saturday - yikes!). They were completely booked, but fit us in anyways! It was the cleanest vet I have ever been to! Everyone we came into contact with was awesome - the gals at the desk, the tech and the vet! Our kittens are now on antibiotics and doing much better! We now have our permanent kitty vet!

Great staff and service! I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life recently, to put my best friend to sleep because he was old and suffering. The doc was an amazing combination of compassionate and realistic. She helped me feel more confident that I was making the right decision. They let us lay him down on a blanket in the grass outside while he drifted into the big sleep. I miss Caesar so much, but I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate staff during one of the hardest days of my life.

Really loved this place! They were welcoming, friendly, and most of all, very good with our dog! I felt like their services are very reasonably priced and they include a lot of wonderful things along with being a part of their family! We started with the courtesy new client appointment and are thankful we found them! They are open early and late! Check them out!

Been going there since I was kid they are great people and treat you and the pups like family. Even my little rodents too they are go to spot every time

This is my pet Veterinarian group as well as Groomer located here.
We have been using their services since my little doggie was two he is now eight. Nice and patience Veterinarian and very friendly staff. Groomers are very friendly and professional too.

I've only been going here for less than a month and my kitten and I are already treated like family! Everyone in the office is so so SO sweet and informative. They've been treating Binx for parasites and have been on top of everything! The staff is also always happy to answer any questions I have. I trust them wholeheartedly with him - even whenever Binx has had to stay at the vet while I'm at work. I highly recommend them!!
