Fast, friendly professional service. Had to have a dress altered for a party that was the next day and they accommodated me and did the alteration in a couple of hours even though they were busy. I'd definitely recommend them and would definitely go back! Thank you for saving the day!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! First time in, I needed my son’s ROTC slacks hemmed and dry cleaned. The alteration was done beautifully! Excellent work, couldn’t even see the hem! The lady who helped me both times was very friendly and warm. When we picked up my sons pants I mentioned it was my daughters birthday and she let not just my daughter but my little boy pick a piece of candy and she was so sweet to both of them! 5 stars for the customer service, the alteration and the cleaning! I will definitely be going back!

They saved our lives on the week of homecoming! We ordered a dress online that didn’t come in until Monday, the week of homecoming. We didn’t start calling around for alteration places until Wednesday (totally my fault) and no one could get it back to us until Tuesday of the next week (apparently a lot of places send them out now…who knew?) I called them and they told us to bring the dress up right away and they would try to have it back to us by 3:00 Saturday. Cutting it close, but Saturday morning around 10:00am I get a text that the dress is ready. I was quoted a reasonable price and it didn’t change at time of pick up. Got the dress home and it fit my daughter perfect. They were very sweet and understood the urgency. I will absolutely use them again! Even if it’s not a rush lol

I came in needing alterations on my mother of the groom dress. Niki took really great care of me and was able to meet my deadline. She is professional and very pleasant and the cost is appropriate to the professional work she does! I highly recommend!!!

Honestly this tailor is the best. They are so nice. Honest. Upfront about expectations. What they can and can’t do.
A year ago they fixed my favorite silk shirt that’s a vintage piece from the 80s. I got it in Tokyo and it means the world to me. Every other tailor told me no “it’s not possible to be fixed.” I will always come here.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I went there to get my blazer sleeves shortened, but I needed it done in a few hours in order to attend a wedding. The tailors weren't available that day, but Nikita offered to saw it by hand, a temporary fix, so that I could attend the wedding. She did such an amazing job that I may not need to see a tailor after all. The place was busy, phone ringing every few minutes plus customers going in and out but she handled it with ease and charisma.
I highly recommend this business for your dry cleaning & alterations. 10/10

This place is the BEST in the metroplex! I cannot express how important good customer service is to me and when I experience it I must acknowledge it. I had an unexpected important event to attend, so last minute I asked them if they could do alterations to a dress that was too big for me. I was doubtful it would happen, but figured I’d ask. Saw this place on google and thought of giving it a shot. Came in for altering my suit and my wife’s dress, and they did an excellent job with a quick turnaround time. I’ve been coming here for years for my dry cleaning and tailoring needs. They have been absolutely fantastic. I’m a huge fan of old school camouflage and got my hands on two legit Belgian paratrooper jackets and they did a fantastic job fitting one to me perfectly and converting the other into a vest. This is very impressive because the material these are made of are very thick and heavy and not easy to work with. As long as I live by their establishment I will be coming here to get work done.

I went here to get a dress altered after going to a different place where I was told my dress couldn’t be fixed and that I’d have to just get rid of it. But not this place! As soon as I came in they were super welcoming and super friendly. I love how they assured me they can get my dress altered no problem, and they did!! They did a great job and I am so glad I found them. Highly recommend!!

My son needed his baseball pants altered for the next day! They were about 4 sizes too big so I didn’t think it was possible. Not only did they complete them on time, they fit him perfectly! Price was for sure responsible too! Will definitely be using Dapper for my future alterations!

Dapper cleaners has been awesome with all my clothes alterations and dry cleaning. Been coming here for a couple of years now and they have always done a great job. Came in this week for a last minute sports coat alteration for my sleeves and length and they were able to get it altered and dry cleaned within two days just in time for my Thanksgiving trip. Super fast and friendly too!

Purchased my wedding anniversary gown from David’s Bridal and needed a few alterations but nothing too pricey so I brought my dress to have some alterations and add ons done. Very clean, professional, fast and friendly! My dress is now perfect for our special day! Can’t wait for my husband to see it!
