North Seattle French School

My kids have been attending NSFS for 4 years now and our family loves it. The staff is wonderful and dedicated to making sure every student succeeds. The community of parents is unbelievable, the support and friendship built has helped our family through difficult times. My kids are happy to go to school every day. The curriculum is rigorous and challenging. The student teacher ratio is low which allows for kids to learn French quickly. The school hires french native speakers to teach the French part of the curriculum and English native to teach the English part.
We are very pleased with the school.

Our 2 children are at NSFS and it has been a wonderful experience. It is a great combination of French immersion and curriculum and very student-focused, interactive learning experiences! Our kids are happy to go to school every day, come home excited and engaged about what they are learning, adore their teachers and have a strong community of friends that they are growing up with. I really love the parent community - interesting, international, fun, creative people who I have formed close genuine friendships with. This is important when thinking about the kind of people you want your kids to grow up with!

We love it! We sent our 4 year old to the NSFS preschool last year, and this year he's now in Kindergarten (5) and his 3 year old brother joined the preschool class. I went to a French school growing up, and value a bilingual education very highly and have seem my kids thrive and really enjoy the environment at NSFS. The classes are small and cater well to the kids' personalities, and it's amazing how quickly the kids become fluent!

NSFS is a haven for my two kids which thrive in its intimate setting, with a very attractive teacher/pupil ratio. The school provides a terrific French curriculum, delivered by native French speakers. In grades 2 and 3, emphasis on English grows significantly as well. The school is staffed with competent and caring teachers and provides many opportunities for parents to participate in the life of the community. My children are not native speakers but were fluent in French by the end of the first grade. This hidden gem with relatively affordable tuition is highly recommended with no reservations.

Our daughter has been going to North Seattle French Schools preschool program and loves it. The teachers are incredibly talented, the families open armed and inclusive. We have created such a great community, helping each other out and supporting a friendly and positive learning environment.

We have two children at the school and absolutely love it. It is a very safe and encouraging environment with good student teacher ratios. We also appreciate the strong community of families around the school. Good for native french speakers or those wanting to give their kids another language.

Wonderful community of people that value bilingual education. Teachers that really care about the kids and challenge them to learn. My two kids love going to school.
