Rhonda was just amazing. It was our first visit of local Fred Meyer, we have just moved in into Shoreline area. We had a problem with using the app and Rhonda was so knowledgeable and helpful to explain us all about it. It was a great customer service, so our family would definitely become your customers over here.

Great store, knowledgeable staff, very clean, but there always seems to be a massive line at their self checkout.

Store is clean, wide aisles, bakery, meat and seafood counters, cheese monger, a nice produce department and prices are decent for today's economy... I hadn't planned on shopping so didn't have coupons, the woman ahead of me did and had good savings with them.

My frequent place to go for food twice a week! Loving their membership cards cause they give you better price right on the bill that day! Helpful staff who guiding me when I first got here!

Clean, easy to navigate, and almost always fully stocked. Only issue sometimes is finding a shopping cart

Please shop at stores! Places like fred meyers! Why? We need them. Amazon cant bring you something immediately. Need repair or baby sick or you crave something? Or just want to get out house or buy gift. Too many stores closing doors.

Always have had a good experience here with friendly staff. On a recent trip grocery shopping, Sage was particularly patient with me, helping me find exactly what I needed. I could definitely feel the genuine care through the top tier customer service!!

The girl that works in garden her name is Tiffany was so very helpful to me helping me carry the 40 lb bags of bird seed that I needed so it was 80 lb she picked up and brought it to my car for me everybody was very helpful and very friendly

I had great experience here. Max is a young man, very knowledgeable and good listener. I was about not to get one of most important item in my cart. I was about to disappointed because one of the clerk said that the item i was looking for is not available because; seasonal items not always available but Max, only heard and he came out with the right item on the hand. Wow, wow Max ***** thank you for excellent customer service. Managements should be glad to have you.

Went in with the specific goal of getting chilies. They had what I was after. They have Habanero, Anaheim, New Mexico Hatch, Jalapeño, and Poblano.

I've shopped at this Fred Meyer for years and the new remodeling has only made it better. I have since needed to be on an anti inflammatory diet and with all of the new items, I now can find many at the store versus having to special order them. Also, I really appreciate their pharmacy staff, they have taken fantastic care of me and any needs I have. Thanks guys ♡

My local Safeway had issues with immature and unprofessional staff, so I ventured down to this Fred Meyer and found well-mannered, efficient staff and well stocked, clean shelves. People do wear masks, and it’s clearly displayed “no mask, no service” as is the law. I’m happy to be at this Fred Meyer, and am recommending it to everyone!

First of all they have FANTASTIC produce & specials each week. I easily save $20 - $30 on each trip compared to Safeway prices, so I happily buy EXTRA food AND share it with my friends & neighbors!

The remodel is nice but the main reason I came to review is because of Mary at the customer service counter. I was in last week and she was the epitome of grace under pressure. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you, Mary, for your help and great attitude!

Whoever found my demented husband wandering around looking confused, and called the police, I thank you. He’d walked out of his nursing home and came to one of his favorite stores.I appreciate your kindness. He was very happy to be home again. Fred Meyer will always have a warm spot in my heart now.

This store has great staff and service, especially in the deli and electronics departments. This store is also highly convenient, offering lots of items ranging from food to households, all inside one building with long hours. The added parking lot is a plus too!
