Alterations & Custom Made By Tran

Have had extensive work alteration one with the Trans with a number of different garments. For example, leg hems, waist alterations, shoulder padding adjustments, and button closure reworking.

Have found their work to be of high quality and done at a fair price. Mr. Tran is also a favorite of mine. One of the most gregarious shop owners I've met. Can't recommend them enough.

Amazing! They altered my wedding dress, (hemmed multiple lace layers and added a bustle.) I will definitely be back for other alterations. Amazing communication, beautiful detail, quick turn around, great price, and the quality is fantastic. The owners were wonderful, very sweet and funny. It was a wonderful experience.

Replaced or fixed zipper pull on a London Fog jacket and also repaired ripped cuff on another LF jacket sleeve. Everything matched, you couldn't tell they'd been repaired and they looked like the original coats. Fair price and repairs completed on time, as scheduled. Glad I took them in for an estimate instead of buying new coats.

I got a bunch of pants (jeans and dress pants) taken in at the waist. They did so well, you can’t even tell they’ve been altered and the pants all fit perfectly now. Worth the money and wait! I waited about 3 weeks for 8 pairs of pants. It’s cheaper to pay in cash!

Last year they tailored some khaki pants for me and I liked the end result. The very kind owner asked me to be his doctor one day but I'll probably just stick to being a customer lol

Took in my mother's dress for my son's wedding, for hemming and some other minor alternations. It was done on time and perfectly. The shop could use a good dusting, but the service could not be better!

They performed the alterations on my husbands suit pants for our wedding and my rehearsal dinner dress. They did an absolutely incredible job. The dress had to have the straps shortened and the build in bra adjusted. I was insanely impressed with their work and the dress fit perfect. Thank you so much for the fantastic job you did. We will be using you again for any future alteration needs.

I got my dress altered and they did an excellent job on my dress. Prefect sizing, perfect length. They always got me right.

I have been working with Mrs. Tran for years. She does a great job at a reasonable price and just a genuinely nice person. From minor repairs to wedding dress alterations, she has never let me down.

Brought my daughters flower girl dress here. I had originally went to a different place and they wouldn’t do it because it was so big and they didn’t feel comfortable doing it, so I found Tran’s place. They did such a great job!! They had to take pearls off the neckline so they could shorten the straps, take out the zipper so they could take it in and put a new zipper in, shorten the length. It fits my daughter really well and looks so pretty. They got it done in 11 days!

Had a carhartt medium duty coat that needed a heavy duty zipper put back in it after the original wouldn't work. Thought about throwing it away but it has been a very functional coat until the zipper broke. Trans fixed it as good or better than brand new. Thanks to them I can wear my favorite work coat again!

I had a bridesmaids dress that needed to be shortened at the hem and also shortened in the straps to make the torso fit. I'd never used a tailor before, but my mom had recommended Alterations and Custom Made by Tran. I was so impressed by how efficient they were and how quickly both the fittings and pick up went. It fits so well now and I will definitely take any future clothes for tailoring to Tran! 10/10 would recommend!

My wife had some items repaired and recommended them to me. Relatively simple repair of dress pants cuffs and suit coat repair. Their service was timely, well done, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

They did an EXCELLENT job of replacing the zipper on my son’s leather coat. They are very affordable and do excellent work. Pleasurable people to talk too and very kind. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any coats, pants, construction bibs, alterations, etc., that you need altered/fixed/sewn. I found them on the Internet and I plan on doing a lot more business with these people. Great job!!
