Buckle in southcenter mall has the best staff and definitely will do plenty of shopping there. Years ago I said I would never shop at buckle again because of thier rude customer service and not at all helpful staff. Yes I said never again but last year for Christmas I new they had a gift that someone really wanted so I gave in and went into buckle because the person the gift was for was more important than my personal vendetta. Glad I did because the staff at this buckle was so great and amazing I have been back several times and will continue to make the two hours drive to shop here over many places closer to my house. Definitely a good spirited non pushy and very helpful staff.

I went to this store for the first time with my sister this week and had the best time! Justin was super helpful as soon as I walked in. He was very patient and listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find my new favorite jeans. I will definitely be coming back

Words cannot express how happy I am with my experience today!! We wandered in looking for T-shirt’s for my husband. I’ve been in the market for some new jeans but DREAD trying them on. Staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Luis went the extra mile to help me find something I was looking for and even pulled stuff off of mannequins for me.

It’s always freezing in here though.. not sure if this is some ploy to convince people to buy more winter wear but its always a good idea to bring a coat with you before shopping here

I enjoy the customer service and their attention to detail. Some of the employees remember my name as well even though it's months in between visits to the store. Overall enjoy the atmosphere and the style of clothing.

Wonderful staff I was greeted and helped out through my entire time spent there I found a pair of shoes that were on sale and was able to get helped picking a whole outfit to match

I want to give. Shout out to Nicole at Westfield Southcenter mall who went beyond the call of her job and help and tried on a pair of pants so my roommate in Alaska could see how the pants looked on a person instead of just hanging up.
