I first met Matt across-state when looking for a place to rent online when moving for my new job. I ended up not being able to meet for that rental - but Matt said no worries just let him know if I need anything in the future. The future arrived 6 months after getting to Illinois for my job, in a search for a new home. We searched to buy a new home. After a failed offer from a seller with cold feet - my circumstances started to dictate that I needed into something asap - and started to ponder renting once again with such low inventory. Matt said not to worry, he would help me with renting, too! I ended up finding a rental that’s absolutely perfect VS buying a home. Obviously, Matt would not gain as much off a rental - but, you'd never know that - he was just as flexible and extremely helpful in finding one!

I have bought and sold homes since I became an adult - this being my 9th home in 5 years. My father is a developer and builder in a different state. I’ve also been a landlord since my 20’s. I’ve been around this type of thing since I was little. Needless to say I’ve come across a LOT of realtors, some whom I call friends to this day. I know the songs and dances. Here is what I can tell you when searching for a home: It is one thing to get someone who has a real estate license. Those are a dime a dozen. It is another to have a knowledgeable professional on your team. Matt has been in the business a long time, and is a true professional and master of his craft. He's honest, and will let you make the decisions best for you. He’s someone you can count on to be on your side. He is, by far, the best Realator I have had. He should be very proud in a profession (and world!) that tries to make one dishonest and gain a quick buck to the detriment of others. A very nice guy too btw! I can’t thank him enough for getting me in something, and I look forward to working with him in the future when I go to buy a home!

We worked with Matt for about a year while entertaining the idea of moving. Even though we weren’t totally serious for a lot of that time, Matt was always extremely responsive whenever we wanted to see a property and was quick to set up showings. He had amazing patience, never made us feel like there was any pressure, and was always a pleasure to deal with.

Once we (finally!) found a property that we wanted to purchase, he gave us expert advice through the negotiation process and kept the overall attitude calm even when not all parties were in agreement on things. Once our offer was accepted, the rest of the transaction was completed without any issues. Matt also assisted us with the mortgage process for the new property which went smoothly as well.

We also used Matt and MisterHomes to sell the property that we were moving out of. They took care of everything from taking pictures of the house, drone shots of the surrounding area, setting up showings, etc and made the whole process convenient and low stress. They put together a great package for the MLS sites. After the first day of our house being in the market we had several offers and after the second day, we had accepted an offer. We appreciated all the advice that he gave us while reviewing the offers that we had and the rest of the sale process closed without any issues as well.

I don’t expect to move again any time soon, but I will continue to recommend Matt and MisterHomes to everyone that I know that is looking for a realtor. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

Matt was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the western suburbs and he gave me terrific advice during my purchase and close. He was also patient and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Even after I closed he provided me with excellence referrals for contractors. I used one of his recommendations for a painter (Joe) and he was also terrific! Painted my entire new house for a great price and was meticulous with his work. All around great experience and I’m recommending Matt to all my friends!

Matt & Dominic helped me sell my house in Jan/Feb of 2021. The experience was wonderful. Buying a house is stressful, but Matt was incredibly helpful and insightful. He's got a lot of great experience selling and buying homes in the Chicago suburbs, and it served us well. He made what is typically a tough process a lot easier. And now he's helping us sell a house.

Matt helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. Matt was excellent. He never pressured me during this process. He helped me understand how the home sale market worked and gave accurate and understandable advice about what we were doing. He was patient beyond the call of duty, helping us view homes and make decisions. Again no pressure and he always pointed out short falls in a home or concerns in the most diplomatic way possible.
