I'm in love with wool, especially from Pendleton. This Pendleton store has an abundance of everything Pendleton sells, from the famous Westerly wool sweaters to Beaver State wool blankets, winter beanies, button-up jackets, long-sleeve shirts, and more. If I had my way and could afford it, most of my clothes would be from Pendleton. The close location to Pike Place Market makes this store a must-stop for wool lovers. Feeling all the high-quality wool is a tactile experience providing pure joy.

Devin at the downtown Seattle location has the best customer service! He helped me find and exchange my items quickly and without my receipt. Devin's assistance made for a pleasant shopping experience, I will be back!

For my first time in Seattle, I discovered the Pendleton store and this amazing Geo Cardigan. Though it was a little outside of my normal budget I bought it anyways. For Black Friday it went on sale and since I live in Michigan with no Pendleton store, Jordan was able to price match the purchase for me over the phone. He was so nice and took the time with me on the phone to save me some money after the fact. I appreciated the great customer service and that he went above and beyond for someone over the phone. I definitely will continue to be a Pendleton customer.

The two gentlemen working today were extremely helpful in assisting me pick a blanket for a friend of mine. They were extremely pleasant and courteous. Excellent customer service!

I was in the Seattle Pendleton store not long ago, and couldn't have been made more welcome by the staff. They didn't have the item I went in for, but showed me multiple alternatives in the store and in the catalog. They certainly weren't responding negatively to the "faded elegance" of my jeans and old polo shirt. I'll definitely be going back soon.

Liam is extremely knowledgeable and made my shopping experience great. He gave me fun history lesson about the brand while helping me pick out a gift.
