Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant

Finally found some New York style Chinese food! Bbq pork is delicious! Salt and pepper chicken wings are as fat as lizzo!

Love golden Phoenix and thier almond chicken.sometimes I get a tough piece of chicken but they will replace it if that happens. The flavor is amazing and I love thier egg rolls.

Out of all the Chinese restaurants we've tried in Kent, Auburn, Renton, and Federal Way, we feel this restaurant has the best food. However, once I discovered their egg foo young, I always order it, even though there are plenty of other delicious dishes. Their egg foo young is the best! Try their pupu platter too. The Sichuan tofu eggplant is excellent also.

Our favorite place to dine in or for take out. Never fails to satisfy a craving.

I decided to try this restaurant with my daughter and I have to say I was not disappointed! Extremely impressed with the quality of food, service and ambiance. Definitely worth trying, the hostess Mina was pleasant, kind and personable which will make this place my regular go to meal. Always love a place where they accommodate you with caring attitude.

Great food. Everything was ordered was perfect. Most Chinese restaurants use lower quality ingredients I was really happy to see such high quality chicken breast used in their dishes

Incredible food... Sweet n sour chicken was so good 👍 Almond chicken melts in your mouth.... Flavor was So authentic!!!

Me and my wife recently discovered this spot and its our new favorite place to go to. The gentleman upfront was very accommodating and made some excellent recommendations. Some of the highlights is the warm bbq pork no one does it like them. Orange chicken full of flavor and the crab fired rice make sure you get that spicy

This place is so so good. We don't live in Covington but we drive 30+ min to get some of their hot & sour soup. The best ever. I'm not sure how they make it but I've never had any that good. Anywhere. Their BBQ pork is unique but yummy too. Even my two picky kids liked it. The almond fried chicken is amazing. This review is making me hungry just thinking about it. Yum!

We ordered take out for lunch today. We got lunch items #19 and 20, orange chicken, and cashew chicken. The hot and sour soup was packed with tofu and veggies and so delicious. It was all really good! The celery in the cashew chicken was crisp and the flavors of all the items spot on. All that food easily fed our family of 6. We're glad they are still open during the pandemic and happy to support a local restaurant.

This is my favorite Chinese take out in the Kent area since the rose garden closed up. The General Ta'so chicken is the best I've have only a couple places compare.

Nice quiet place to eat. I've never had any problems with my food, they offer lunch and single meal options as well as individual items and combo family meals.

As a heads up there is no soda fountain so you will be paying for a can of it. When I'm feeling Chinese this is always the first spot I think of, it's that good to me!

I love this place! Yeah sure Togo take 45 minutes some days but that’s how you know it’s great! Warm BBQ pork is a must, oranges chicken is spectacular. It sure ain’t Costco fake Chinese food

Never been there before. Will definitely be going back! Took the whole family, 8 people, and everyone loved it and finished their plates.

This is the best Americanized Chinese food you'll ever get! Absolutely fabulous. Their special chow mein is awesome. They have a special golden Phoenix soup that you can add wontons to, that I could just sit and eat every meal! My husband loves their home and fried chicken. we all love the wontons, and they have wonderful special fried rice. You can't go wrong no matter what you order here. And friendly staff

everyone tells me the bbq pork here is the best so I just had to try it, it's delicious. Me and my husband also got the general chicken and beef and broccoli those were excellent as well. Service was prompt and water was filled again and again. 1st time customers and will be back.
