Kohl's

Employees were very kind here, unlike my experience at the Redmond store. Sharon here was so sweet at the register. She suggested I sign up for a Kohl's card which I didn't think I would be eligible for but turns out I was and she got me almost a $50 savings for my purchase that day! Thanks Sharon! Oh, I was also able to find a pair of pajamas for my mom that are 100% cotton which is hard to find these days. Will definitely come back to this store.

Store has been rearranged since I was there a few years ago. Seems more organized now.

I enjoy shopping in person. I do shop on computer. Would rather
see the merchandise in person to determine quality. Have always been pleased with sales staff and checkout.

Did a return I purchased online and wasn't pleased with the size of the item. It was completed quickly and efficiently and the representative that assisted me was friendly.

Today 1/21/24 I visited and had trouble with my phone as the screen went black and it wouldn't turn on. I don't know the name of the young lady that helped me but she went above and beyond and we fixed the issue. She had dark hair with butterfly clips. Thank you!!!!!!

This location is my favorite one to shop at. The store is always clean, has lots of options and sizes and they have a great selection of home good items as well. The jewelry cases are always clean and there is always someone there to assist you. The store is very clean, sanitizer is located around the store and staff is on the floor sanitizing. They have clear pathways to follow to stay safe as well. The cashiers are always friendly and make the check out experience wonderful. Also being able to make Amazon returns here is a plus and the whole process is super fast and easy.

Kohl's has a lot of great clothes for people of all shapes and sizes. Any given day they have decent sales that results in Kohl's cash later. **Of note, this is a fantastic place to take Amazon returns and the last time I did I got a $5 Kohl's cash coupon that could be used in store the same day! Highly recommend.

I love this place! It's my favorite place to shop for clothes. They have makeup, jewelry, self care, children's toys, children's books and clothing. It had discounts and online shopping website. I have been going there forever and its amazing. There is great consumer service, feel good fabrics and a section for juniors, woman, girls, boys, and men. Overall I love everything about this place and you should really check it out!

They allow super easy amazon returns. I mean it doesn't get easier then bringing the item back inboxes and with out a label. They took care of everything for me. Plus they give you a coupon for 25% off or 20% off your next kohl's in store purchase and its valid right when they hand it to you. No coming back next day or anything

It's not Mervyn's but close have some nice stuff and decent prices and always a great offering in the clearance section... what can I say I am a deal shopper. Staff is always generally very nice, only bone to pick is their housewares section always feel like a tornado rolled through it.
