Trudy's Hallmark Shop

I used to shop here all the time as a kid with my grandma. She just passed away, and I went in to bring back those memories. I was so happy to find it was just as I remembered. They have a great selection and huge inventory! I look forward to going back soon.

I've been a long time customer at Trudi's Hallmark in Covington. I have always gotten excellent service. A recent hire of their's, Anna, was so sweet and helpful that it prompted me to write this review to say thank you to Anna and Bravo to Trudi's for hiring her.

I bought online for pickup. Very easy pickup. Usually I love to browse the store. There are so many quality items. It’s a great store to purchase gifts. The staff are friendly and so are the customers.

It's always loads of fun to see what is ew much variety and I end up laughing with staff and having a great time!

The ladies at this location are wonderful! They have always been so helpful but this last time Holly and another lady (dark brunette, long hair) helped me take care of all my card and sympathy needs and had me out of there in no time. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and they helped me pick a beautiful music box that you can customize. Holly taught me how to use the website to apply my coupons and so much more. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!

Well a bit biased since I used to work there but there are the Lovely Ladies I used to work with and they are always helpful and fun.

There are always fun things to find here. They added a chocolate truffle counter with yummy flavors of chocolate. My favorite is the dark chocolate and raspberry and my hubby loves the almond dark chocolate. I love coming here and finding fun clearance too. Thanks Trudy!!

Great card store. Really good gift selection

I placed an order online for some recipe cards (nice ones are really hard to find, who knew?!?). They had free shipping to store available and since it's nearby I opted to just go pick them up when they arrived. The store was easy to find, clean, and the two employees working there were very friendly and helpful.

They were nice enough to let me open them up in the store and inspect for damage, which there was none they were packaged very well and I was on my way.

Been coming here for years and the staff is always very helpful. Sure, it's crazy around the holidays, but they always try hard and do their BEST. LOVE the suggestions from the very knowledgeable staff. Big store, easy parking, great selection! ALWAYS GET THE ORNAMENT BOOK AND PRE-ORDER! You can always change your mind later if you have to, but if you want it, pre-order it!

I love this store, all the staff is so kind and goes out of their way to help me find what i’m looking for! With the whole squishmallow craze going on recently this hallmark has been the best with helping me feel heard and going above and beyond in service. All workers I’ve seen have been totally masked and it feels like a safe space to shop, can’t thank the staff enough!

Every time I have gone to this store I always find exactly what I’m looking for. They have a large verity of cards, gifts and a lot of some things you’ve never thought this store would have. I just love this store.

One of the last local Hallmarks around, I love going to this store with my daughter. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the shelves are easy to shop.
