Great customer service, unlike other times it was quick and easy to find my stuff. Employees were very nice and chatty! Will come back again.

Been a loyal customer for several years. Pharmacy and staff are wonderful and professional. Never had an issue nor waited long. Always in communication regarding my prescriptions. As for the store section, it's very clean, well-stocked and cashier's are wonderful. Only one female cashier didn't know her head from her feet and it took her over 20 minutes to ring up one $8 item. 😵

The pharmacy staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with prescription and insurance issues that I ran into. I have never had a long wait to pick up prescriptions.

Dealing with the pharmacy is really nice.
We moved and changed from a different Walgreens that had horrendous wait times and not so friendly staff.
The people I have interacted with in Covington have been not just polite, but friendly. I haven't had any issues with our prescriptions at all.

It's a good drug store, and they do have a variety of items from beauty to medical to snacks and drinks as well as a fairly good sized seasonal section. Prices are normally high on regular priced items, but they are almost always running sales which covers a lot of items.

The staff is super friendly and even the fedex scanning system was down for some reasons that they couldn’t scan the QR code. she still figured out a way to print out my label and ship it out.

Love how this one has a drive up pharmacy. They are always so friendly. And they actually sell booze behind the counter.

Not just a great “Walgreens,” but a great place to go get whatever you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is incredible. Always smiling and willing to help. Be sure to get a dog treat if you use the drive through! 😊

Walgreen's Pharmacy has been my primary pharmacy for at least 12 years. I have always received superior service. The pharmacists are always willing to help with all of my questions. I recommend them.

Primary Pharmacy for 10 years. Always helpful and friendly.They will go out of their way to not only promptly fill a prescription but will also advise you if there is a generic brand available. They will even walk you to the store isle if you can not find an item. Saved many $$$$ with their recommendations and Store Brands.

Awesome place, service, and huy is very helpful and very nice. I lived in Covington for 47 years and would go nowhere else. I now live in auburn but still find Covington and Walgreens the best place to go for prescriptions and supplies.

In regards to pharmacy, we’ve never had an issue.

This store has a wide variety of products that rotate over time. Always a surprise to be found.
