Hi, our first visit was great. I appreciate the pandemic precautions being taken. The Dr. Called from inside to talk about my Furbaby. She sounded very nice and like she was treating my pooch with care and love and she was great about understanding our desire for holistic approaches to care.
Will definitely be back and hope to meet the Dr. In person someday soon. Thanks!

My fiance and I highly recommend this clinic! Not only have they taken excellent care of our lab mix, they've been unfailingly patient with all our "paranoid new dog mom" questions. Everyone we've interacted with has been wonderful, even when they're busy. We adore our primary vet, Dr. Johnson, and feel really good about trusting her with our teenager-puppy's care for the rest of his life. Thank you for all you do!

We appreciate the good care our cat received today, from fitting us into an already busy schedule, to efficient phone communications about her treatment. I am sorry not to have met Dr. Johnson in person, but I am glad that the clinic is protecting staff and facilities by practicing safe-distancing guidelines. Thank you for providing urgent care when we couldn't wait until Monday.

I've always loved the attention and care the vets give my cats. The explanations of necessary care and the fact they provide options and make sure you understand what's going on is great. Their front desk has always been delightful and friendly too! Which is great since I've had a couple of longer wait times, but it happens

The people there are extremely nice and very helpful. I took my dog in to get her stitches taken out and they were done within 5 minutes. The service here is phenomenal and we have gone here for many years. I would definitely highly recommend this wonderful establishment as they do top quality work and you know for sure that your dog is going to be taken care of. 5 out of 5 stars from me

I have experienced consistently good service from the Rainier Beach vets. My initial visit was an emergency when my dog cut her foot, and they provided prompt caring service, and good follow-up. We have since decided to switch all the care for our cat and dog to this vet, and we are very satisfied. The one complaint we had about their service was that they only offered walk-in hours, but about a year ago they switched to an appointment based system, and that works much better for us. They still offer walk in hours on Saturdays, for those who need them. I recommend this vet.

i like that the vet introduce herself to both myself and my pet. she listened and answered questions and examined my pet with care. and let me know if the things i was doing were sufficient to keep my pet healthy, as well as offering advice and solutions to keep him as fit as is possible. i thought prices were reasonable and additional staff both friendly and professional.

Annual visit for shots. I appreciate how they are managing care during this pandemic. Easy to make an appointment. Nurse came outside to pickup and return my dog. Payment processed over the phone. I have been a client for a couple of years for different types of appointments. Quality care, really nice people and affordable.

They have been our vet of choice for nearly 32 years - we deeply loved Dr Young, and adore the staff we've know all these many years. The recently helped us say goodbye to our last fur baby. Thank you for all the years of tremendous service, caring, and compassion.

We feel incredibly lucky to have a vet so close that we think so highly of. We have been to others in the area that we will never go back to. I truly feel like we are heard here, as well as loving the empathy and compassion you all have for our pets. Some other vets have felt like a cheap jiffy lube trying to "service" our animals and move onto the next. You all came as a recommendation from a friend a few years ago and I'm happy to be the one recommending you all whenever possible.

Dr. Deal was obviously born to be a vet! She is so kind, thoughtful, and genuine. I can tell that she is passionate about what she does, and I’m sure the pets feel it too. I love how she goes out of her way to provide pets with a “positive experience at the vet.” Dr. Deal puts her heart and soul into her work, my fur babies and I are so grateful to her! Thank you! <3

This was the best decision we have ever made for our precious dogs.
The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The price is right and fair. Dr Young and staff really have a genuine love for their little patients and it shows.

Great customer service and care! I unfortunately couldn't meet Dr. Nicholson in-person due to the COVID restrictions, but look forward to hopefully meeting eventually! All staff has been super helpful and welcoming to this new dog-mom. :)

I have been going to this vet for more than 10 years and there is no one else I would go to...started with Dr. Young and then with Dr. Deal. I love these guys! Without question, they are the very best and most honest vets I have ever dealt with and, most importantly, I trust them.

I know the practice has changed hands and I hope Dr. Young enjoys his retirement. Such a decent and good hearted man and many thanks for caring for my menagerie! You will be missed.

I had to go here yesterday after my dog was attacked by two other dogs. They usually don't take walk ins or emergencies, but the doctor looked at my dog and agreed to treat him. They are the nicest and most compassionate people working there!! I was very impressed and would most definitely recommend!!

You are God sent and a blessing to me and my family. Our cat had a big lump in a hind left leg. We couldn't afford to get her operated to get that lump removed as it was too expensive for us. We had tried getting help from all over without any success.We were sad, depressed & out of sorts until we received a call from Beach Veterinary who offered to help our cat at no cost at all. This was truly a selfless act of kindness that we didn't take for granted and lack enough words to express our gratitude to the hospital. May God bless the work of your hands.

Dr Young has been an excellent vet, my 12 year old West Highland Terriers entire life. He spade her, and has given her vaccinations. Also when she has had a dental issue, two times, he has extracted a broken tooth, and done cleanings. I know several other people, who have taken their pets as well, he is kind, good with animals, and has always worked hard, to have very reasonable pricing for all of my pets needs!! I HIGHLY recommend this Veterinarian, Dr Young!! He is compassionate, and very kind!!!

Brought my dog in around 4:30 pm because I was worried about his broken toenail and an infection. He had had a rough weekend and I was really nervous. Dr. Johnson agreed to see him even though it was late in the day and I didn't have an appointment. She was so sweet and patient and I can't tell you how much it meant that she was willing to do this for me and my pup. It's something that Dr. Young, the vet who held that practice for many many years, would have done and it's good to see his tradition of caring for animals lives on, even though he's gone. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Deal are wonderful and I highly recommend them!
